The Vets and Staff at Atlas are knowledgable and compassionate - above and beyond. Our Great Dane of 11.3y had to be put down due to internal bleeding. I was on a business trip and my wife had to bear the responsibility. She took Belle to Dr. Rodriguez and she and her staff were incredible in delivering the care needed at this traumatic time in our lives. My wife and I loved Belle so much, and it is still hard not having her here with us. I remember picking her up as a puppy. She was described by the breeder as 'A princess and gentle in her play'. She gave us many years of great memories. A few weeks ago, we received a card from the staff at Atlas expressing their collective condolences. It was kind gesture from these amazing professionals. I highly recommend the folks at Atlas for the care of your animals. They are in this business for all the right reasons. God bless them. J

My beloved Pulga of 17 years old crossed the rainbow on 5/7/24 at 10:30 am. You at Atlas Vet clinic always cared for my Pulga with love and respect. I will never forget your compassion, your love, and your dedication to taking care of our animals. To anyone who reads this, I can assure you that your pets will be treated with all the love and respect they deserve. I recommend these wonderful doctors and their team. felt like a number! I arrived 30 minutes early out of courtesy, they took me back into a room within 10 minutes and I ended up being at the office over 90 minutes!! They took my dog back multiple times saying they forgot to do stuff. Once the vet came into the room she proceeded to speak down to me and lecture me about how to feed a small dog and that I wasn’t properly caring for her. My dog is healthy and has maintained a great weight for the past year. I’ve even raised 5 children without issue!!! I tried to cash out whilst they were having me wait for the meds and papers. The papers were just more about all the things I was doing wrong for my dog and even gave me test kits to bring back for tests I didn’t want to do and had already declined. All I wanted was some flea medication!!! ****Edit to add follow up!**** I was called to be told again how wrong I was and how this is their procedures… oh and to pressure me into test I’ve already declined!! Why waste my time with a phone call??
Rave Rave and Rave in a very sad situation! I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion provided by ATLAS PET CLINIC during one of the most difficult times for my family. Last Friday, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Yorkie, VIEJO, who had been a treasured part of our lives for 18 years. The entire team at Atlas Pet Clinic went above and beyond to ensure Viejo's comfort and dignity, as well as to support us through the process. Their kindness and professionalism were truly remarkable, making a heartbreaking experience more bearable.
