The Vets and Staff at Atlas are knowledgable and compassionate - above and beyond. Our Great Dane of 11.3y had to be put down due to internal bleeding. I was on a business trip and my wife had to bear the responsibility. She took Belle to Dr. Rodriguez and she and her staff were incredible in delivering the care needed at this traumatic time in our lives. My wife and I loved Belle so much, and it is still hard not having her here with us. I remember picking her up as a puppy. She was described by the breeder as 'A princess and gentle in her play'. She gave us many years of great memories. A few weeks ago, we received a card from the staff at Atlas expressing their collective condolences. It was kind gesture from these amazing professionals. I highly recommend the folks at Atlas for the care of your animals. They are in this business for all the right reasons. God bless them. J
Love Dr. Rodriguez and her team. They’re always kind, knowledgeable and always call and check on our fur baby especially after a difficult appointment or procedure.
My dog has been patient for 3 years. We put up with long wait times all this time. But had to leave the office. In March heartworm test was done, which supposed to be good for a year. That visit wasn't cheap as you can imagine after all the fees got added, and it's ok, because now I thought we were set for a year. In October ( so 8 months later) Atlas denies Chewy order for heartworm meds. Atlas explanation was dog is due for physical exam. I told them I'll come do physical in March when heartworm test is due, that way I can minimize amount of visits and number of $60 office fees I have to pay each time I just walk through their door. But they said I still have to bring the dog in order to get heartworm meds, even though test is still good for next 4 months. In other words, they just want you to keep coming to the office and keep paying office fees. And here we are, 4 months left on the test and no heartworm meds.
I just want to start saying thank you from the depths of my heart to Dr. Rodrigues, to Dr. Acavedo and the Atlas Veterinary team. My beloved Pulga of 17 years old crossed the rainbow on 5/7/24 at 10:30 am. You at Atlas Vet clinic always cared for my Pulga with love and respect. I will never forget your compassion, your love, and your dedication to taking care of our animals. To anyone who reads this, I can assure you that your pets will be treated with all the love and respect they deserve. I recommend these wonderful doctors and their team. If one day I decide to bring to my family another pet I will come back to these amazing people. Gracias 🐕❤️🌈🙏
Unfortunately we had several disappointing experiences waiting lengthy amounts of time at this clinic, including most recently a 45 minute wait in their waiting room past an appointment time with no proactive communication or reason, finally having to cancel the appointment because of this. Previously, I had waited an hour once getting called back to be seen by the vet. This does seem to be a pattern both my husband and I noticed and eventually led us to choose a different vet. The staff are friendly, but every visit taking over 2 hours to complete was something we couldn’t afford anymore.
