Banfield is amazing and I highly recommend them. The wellness plan is very helpful and can help save some money in the long run. They always help out my little guy.

Banfield helps me with my 2 dogs and 1 cat with their Optimum plans. The monthly amount is very affordable and I don't have to worry about having them covered for veterinarian services.

Great experience at Banfield East Colonial! Wilmarie was super thorough and on top of all the care that I needed and wasn’t aware that I missed. She made sure I was receiving all the services under my plan and helped me make a game plan so that I didn’t need to come in more than necessary. She also helped me book my next appointment and despite being very busy took her time and explained things. Definitely recommend this location!

Came in for an International Health Certificate for a dog. Even though my dog’s tabbies vaccine was good for another 2 years, I was required to do it again, since my dog’s vaccine was from a different vet. I had the vaccine certificate, the labels that came off the vaccines, and all that needed to be done at the most was to call the vet to verify. Logic and common sense was not used in this case.

Took my new Kitten in for a checkup and to get his final shot needed and had some concerns about him sneezing a lot. We never actually spoke to or saw the Vet. We had a wonderful vet tech who took our cat back to see the vet but he never came out to us. In addition to that, the Vet was running late coming back from his lunch break which meant we were sitting there for 20-25 minutes after the start of our appointment waiting for him to return. They told us our cat did not need another shot as we were originally told and that his sneezing was due to the air freshener plug-ins in our home. We told the vet tech that we did not have any of those and no other possible solution was given. Other than that, we were told our cat was fine. When we got home and took him out of the carrier, we discovered worms hanging out of his butt and in the carrier. There is no way I would return to this place and will be scheduling an appointment at another vet to ensure our cat is healthy and our concerns are addressed.
