I had a very pleasant experience when I had to take my dramatic dog to Banfield for a routine check up. The staff noticed my dog wouldn’t be exactly comfortable with being left behind (drop off appointment) so they moved some things around so that my dog wouldn’t have to stay. They were very understanding and Mia had such an amazing bed side manner.

I had been to the emergency vet in Winter Park twice with my dachshund, Indica. They diagnosed her with gastroenteritis. They did x-rays, bloodwork, IV fluids, and medications. $2300 later my dog was no better. I took her into Banfield on Thursday morning and needless to say with in an hour and a half and one test, Dr. Marina had a diagnosis of pancreatitis. The team took great care of my lil girl and I am forever grateful they got her back to her happy active self!!!!

Sharon, the receptionist today, made a great difference in my Pete’s life. She went an extra mile so my pet could get the attention needed today. She is an asset to the company. Not counting Dr. Dadsepah, that I don’t have the words to describe my appreciation for what the does for us, as a Doctor. He is exceptional and very professional and knowledgable. He is the right example of what really good doctor. He treat pets and they were his pets. He is best doctor in the world. Thank you Doctor for been who you are. And thank you to Sharon as well for that exceptional customer service. Happy Holidays!! Nathalie Romero

Banfield is amazing and I highly recommend them. The wellness plan is very helpful and can help save some money in the long run. They always help out my little guy.

usually this place is pretty good but i took my cat in for urinary issue at another banfield and it took them less than 2 hours to test, diagnosis, and treat with me in the room. it happened again later on and the colonial location took over 5 hours, gave me little updates, and when I did call for an update they didn’t have one and took forever to treat my cat. my car is terrified of the vet and gets stesssed induced uti and i told the nurse that but they still took forever knowing he is petrified of the vet
