I scheduled my appointment for 3:30pm. I received a call at 10 am day of my appointment requesting we come in at 11:30 am because the doctor wanted to leave early. I was unable to change my appointment time due to already having a scheduled training day at my gym. We settled on 2pm for the appointment time. I showed up for my appointment at 1:58 and was greeted by the snarkiest front desk I have ever spoken to. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. While in the waiting room with my dog I could hear them talking about how annoyed they were I was there, because they wanted to leave early. It was a monday at 2pm. I’m sorry but some people work all weekend and can only make it during the week during normal business hours. Which would be 2pm. I also work in an appointment based career and would never treat paying customers this way. All I can say is DO BETTER! Would never recommend this location. I wish I got the name of the snarky receptionist so I could put her on blast tbh.
Son took his dog there as dog having trouble with back legs. He has paid for their insurance for 10 years. Took dog in back (personally I don't approve of this) 2 hours in back claimed they did xrays( $500) Stated hips were fine maybe slipped disc. Gave medication helped a little bit and was to bring back in 2 weeks. Petsmart called 5 days before appt and canceled appt. Found another vet, they called to get xrays and records. Haha joke sent records but not xrays. Vets office called son called again to get xrays then they claimed system was down. New vet did xrays dog has severe arthritis in hip joint. PLEASE DONT TAKE PETS THERE OR GET THIER INSURANCE. THEY ARE JUST OUT TO MAKE MONEY AND NOT TREAT YOUR PETS. I STOPPED TAKING MY DOG THIER ALONG TIME AGO. FOR THIER BS PRACTICE.
I’ve been going to Petsmart grooming salon for more than 15 years. This morning I tried the new Tyrone location. Made an appointment two weeks ago for 7 AM. Showed up at 10 minutes till seven. No one was there. At five after seven, a guy came wandering in very slowly from the front door And said oh no one‘s here yet. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed to wait. I waited until 10 after seven. No one showed up for my appointment and I left. Turns out when I called the store to complain. The guy dressed professionally that was walking in so slowly, even though he saw a customer at the counter, was the manager . Apparently, Banfield doesn’t hire the quality of workers they used to. He was so absolutely rude to me. The fact that at 10 after seven no one was still there and hung up on me
Went twice. Both times, it's all about the wellness plan they sell you. When you decline, they become rude and cold. Even the second time when we had a free exam for adopting a kitten, they became cold and curt after we declined the wellness plan. There's no warm and fuzzies from this place unless you buy their plans. Vet was in and out, no bedside manner at all. Go to a real vet where they genuinely care about you and your pet. Even their free exam is not worth it. You always get what you pay for.
