Banfield Pet Hospital is my go to place for care for my dog! From the first appointment I knew I had chosen the right place, as the staff was kind, helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend the Puppy Wellness Plan and the Optimum Wellness Plan. With the Puppy Wellness Plan I know my puppy has the best care for affordable monthly payments! Went twice. Both times, it's all about the wellness plan they sell you. When you decline, they become rude and cold. Even the second time when we had a free exam for adopting a kitten, they became cold and curt after we declined the wellness plan. There's no warm and fuzzies from this place unless you buy their plans. Vet was in and out, no bedside manner at all. Go to a real vet where they genuinely care about you and your pet. Even their free exam is not worth it. You always get what you pay for.
We have our dog Finn on a program at Banfield once a month he goes for a checkup or a shot or weight regular doggy maintenance the staff is very friendly and Finn likes the staff also, it is always a pleasant experience for ourselves and for our dog Finn
I’ve been going to Petsmart grooming salon for more than 15 years. This morning I tried the new Tyrone location. Made an appointment two weeks ago for 7 AM. Showed up at 10 minutes till seven. No one was there. At five after seven, a guy came wandering in very slowly from the front door And said oh no one‘s here yet. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed to wait. I waited until 10 after seven. No one showed up for my appointment and I left. Turns out when I called the store to complain. The guy dressed professionally that was walking in so slowly, even though he saw a customer at the counter, was the manager . Apparently, Banfield doesn’t hire the quality of workers they used to. He was so absolutely rude to me. The fact that at 10 after seven no one was still there and hung up on me
My pet was sick and cancer and disk on his kneck problem and gullstone but banfield did not test and diagnostic him untill he was so sick. I brought my puppy to bsnfuend for check up .i spent $600 last week because they said my pet has flea. And arthritis .but came home He was so sick and pain a lot I don't know what going on. after I took him to Banfield. Then i had to bring him to to Beacon hosp fir emerg. at 4th street they did so..good job took care my puppy but too late for Beacon to safe my love one .banfield never tell me that my puppy has that problem.and I lost him.so everyone pls DO NOT trust banfield anymore
