PSA: International health certificates $799 I came here to get an international health certificate for my dog because they use USDA APHIS's online system for filing, called VEHCS. When I inquired about the price, I was told it was $150 for the health certificate, unless the Vet had to run any tests or administer any other treatment. As the paperwork for health certificate for Germany is only an international microchip and a rabies shot, both of which my dog already had, not even a physical exam required for the paperwork. If you are reading this, you know that it has to be done within 10 days of travel. When I arrived, they surprised me with the real price, $799 !! (including $65 for office visit, $137 for health certificate, and $558 for a professional service fee?, see the picture for all the details). No tests or treatments necessary, only paperwork review and enter into system. I was in shock but as this was only 7 days before I was flying, so I had no choice but to pay their outrageous fee that they had not disclosed at booking. This was so that their office manager could enter the microchip and rabies (the paperwork I had brought in) into the electronic system and their Vet could sign it in between surgeries. On top of this they didn't have any professional expertise, they told me that they couldn't sign my paperwork if I said my dog was traveling in a crate, because my airline (Lufthansa) wouldn't allow a dog under 8kg to go in cargo. That was completely incorrect (and also outside of their scope of practice), and my dog that was under 8kg (but too large to fit under the seat) did end up flying in cargo as per Lufthansa regulations. Then they told me they didn't know if the USDA allowed a FL veterinarian to sign the federal paperwork if we were flying out of GA, which they do sign, and we did fly out of GA. Anyway, I was hoping this review will shine light on their fraudulent non transparency of prices, and help stop them from taking advantage of some other already overstressed traveling dog parent. As by the time they disclose the real price of this service, it is too late to mail the paperwork in yourself. The front desk staff and the Vet were all very sweet and kind, I know they have no say in the deceitful business practices of this chain vet company.

This place tried to kill my fur baby over their mistake with the billing! My baby was having an emergency and they referred her to an ER because they weren't capable of caring for her as she needed. Docs words not mine. I go to get her to bring to the ER. She is NOT ready and the bill is wrong by a few hundred bucks! Then they couldn't fix it docs in surgery wouldn't bill me. "Pay now or we can't release". Fine paid filling dispute with CC company. Used Banfield for 20 years and this is how you treat us in an emergency never again. YOU ARE FIRED!!!

All the staff, from front desk to techs to doctors, have been nothing but amazing! The techs are extremely knowledgeable and will inform you of how to take care of your pet with medications or any other instructions given by the doctor. I like that Dr Orr called me himself to inform me of bloodwork and the why’s and when’s for it. Getting an appointment has not been difficult, even when I needed my dog to be seen quickly due to an infection in her paw. My dog is very comfortable with all the staff and that is extremely important to me and her. I have great appreciation for all of them!

Little concerned because vet tech comes in and takes your dog in the back and returns them and say “everything is good”. You are expected to leave without seeing the vet. Sees they are annoyed to go and send in the vet. I expect the see the vet and am concerned that my dog can’t be examined in front of me. Surely I am not alone in this way of thinking! My dog had her teeth cleaned and so was happy to receive a call after telling me she was good. I am not unhappy with service as other vets are doing the same thing. But we parents DO NOT LIKE this new practice. Thank you.

I feel like they just take a long time. I took my kitten in at 11:30 called twice and was told I would get a call back, 20-30 mins later I got nothing so I just visited again to check and guess what my kitten as good to be picked up. It's fine he was there a hot minute but at least tell me what's up with my kitten. Didn't get him till like 3 pm
