I have been going to Banfield for 5.5 yrs and have no complaints. This Banfield in particular is great! The doctors and the assistants are so kind and loving with my Maisy and super careful to check everything I ask for. We also pay the monthly plan and find it extremely convenient for saving on prescriptions and certain procedures. I strongly recommend them for your furbaby!
We love Dr Orr. He has been our vet for two pets with outstanding care and concern for our pups. They have an outstanding pet insurance plan at a reasonable cost.
We used Banfield's because we are snow birds and travel in an RV with our senior cat and two dogs. We like to have our records with one company and thought that using a nationwide company would provide consistent treatment and the ability to visit any of the locations when needed. We quickly learned that only the doctor that prescribed your pet's medication will refill it which contradicts the basis of using a nationwide network. Each time we need a refill (monthly) they demand we use the prescribing doctor or schedule a new patient visit with the available doctor which is expensive, of course. Every single month, it's a major hassle. Banfield has regularly scheduled appointments with us only to find out in person that they over booked the day and we must drop off and pick up at the end of the day. We will be finding a new vetanarian.
Assistant was great at intake easing all of our concerns before the surgery, thank you Tyler. Brooke was awesome at discharge as well. Didn’t talk to the doctor but didn’t have any questions either.
Wonderful experience at this location! Dr. Pagan really cares for her animals :) took the time to explain thoroughly and what is in the best interest for our kitten. The tech/assistant was super nice :) and explained all the medication and how to administer the medication for my cat. Truly recommend this place!!
