I chose this Veterinary Hospital because I wanted the best for my my fur baby boy. Based on the location in an upscale neighborhood, small practice, I guess I expecting a better experience, competency, professional and world class customer experience. That is not what you get here, you have employees that their priorities is not the customer experience but needing to be right. And then you have Dr Davis that without speaking to the customer, will reinforce the poor experience provided by their staff. Please focus on your clients, please know that we entrust you with the care of a member of our family, sometimes you have to go above and beyond to establish that trust. But most importantly protect your brand, ensure your team protects your brand, ask yourself, could I have done better. Don't entrust your babies with this company if they cannot fulfill their promises and deliver a lasting impression and show that they care. Dr Davis and the owners have some work to do here with the team that they have chosen to represent and protect their brand.
When we first moved here we had tried a few vets until we found Bartram vet. We will only bring our fur babies here. The staff is friendly and so helpful. The doctors are amazing. We use Dr. Blaber and we couldn’t have asked for a more personable, smart and caring doctor!! We are so grateful for everyone here!!! The prices are very fair too!!!
