Five stars!!! We came to Orlando on vacation and needed a place for our dog (a 22 lb three year old Chiweenie) during the day while we enjoyed the area. He had never been to doggy daycare. We did all the paperwork with vaccines before heading to Florida so we were all set. The first day they reported that he was a bit nervous and was trying to jump the fence so they kept him on a leash outside to be safe. The second and third days, however, he settled in and did great! The staff clearly knows what they are doing, have experience (long term employees) and care about the dogs. We will definitely use their services again. At about $35 per day it gave us a chance to fully vacation while having peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
We've been bringing our reactive pup to Bass Pet Resort twice a week for socialization, for almost a year now. Her interaction at Bass Pet Resort with both dogs and humans there has really helped her! She LOVES everyone at Bass, looks forward to her twice weekly play days, gets grooming done, and is boarded when we travel. We are grateful that she is treated so well!
Used them for doggy daycare for our 15 month old mini golden doodle while we spent the day at a Disney park with our daughters and granddaughters. Opted for a late pick up for an additional cost. They sent a message in photo mid afternoon as a check in. Very satisfied With their services.
My dogs Quincy and Coco love staying at Bass Pet Resort! They do daycare and boarding there. They always come home happy! Staff treats pets in their care as family and that makes me feel good when I have to travel that they are well loved!
Been bringing my dogs here, for many years and I wouldn't trust them with ANYONE, except Bass Pet resort at the Kissimmee location! When my dog is super excited, when she gets there, you know, she loves it there! It's pretty obvious they love her too!
