Dr. Brent and his amazing crew at Bayshore in Ormond tenderly and skillfully neutered my male cat, Olly. They took the utmost care and treated little Olly like family. They invited me to ask any questions (pre and post procedure). I was so relieved at how quickly and efficiently they handled the procedure. I couldn't be happier and more thankful. 5 star care for sure. Thank you Bayshore family! Olly is 100% as you can see.
I love this location. My cat is very timid, and the team is really patient with him. We have never had any dogs scheduled at the same time as our visit, which to me is a plus.
I had a newly adopted kitten with a respiratory infection, and my regular vet was out of town for the 4th of July. Staff was very nice and squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon so I could get my little guy on antibiotics. Called a few other vets that offered to "work me in" for an additional fee, but not here. You can tell they enjoy what they do and working together. Everyone was very friendly and we didn't wait long at all. I love my regular vet but if I lived closer to this office I would take my pets here in a second!
This is the best veterinarian my 6 pets have ever been to. They are so caring and compassionate. The staff is always on top of things and phone call are always returned quickly. Dr. Carnathan takes his time with his patients and we never feel as if he's rushing to get through the visit. If I get give them more than 5 stars I would.
I have been fortunate enough to have my fur babies seen by the wonderful staff at both the Ormond Beach and the Port Orange facilities. Everyone is kind, caring and compassionate and always take the time to listen and understand my concerns and always take the best care of my babies. I highly recommend Dr. Carnathan and the valuable services they provide. I feel blessed to have them love my babies as much as I do!
