Dr. Weber is attentive, patient, considerate and gentle with my girls (2) mini dacshunds. We always travel together. Mine are allergic to the combination of their annual vacines so Dr. Weber has spread them out and we’ve had no negative physical reactions since then! We have been taking our boys to Beach Park Animal Clinic since we've moved to Florida, almost 6 years ago. Dr. Weber and the staff have always been kind, understanding, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. I feel they truly care about your pet's well being and not trying to run up a bill during your visit ( I've experienced that in the past). Dr. Weber always follows up when he says he will and makes sure if you have any questions, he's happy to answer. Our most recent visit, our boys saw Dr. Lynch, ( Dr. Weber was off) and I must say, Dr. Lynch is a caring, patient, and a knowledgeable veterinarian as well. Dr. Lynch followed up blood work results with a call and explaining what the results were and if I had any questions. I highly recommend Beach Park Animal Clinic.
Dr. Lynch takes amazing care of my sweet puppy, Lana! The entire staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. Lana always enjoys her visits :)
About 2 years ago, I started coming out of necessity because I couldn’t get into an appointment with my regular vet. For the first year or two it was wonderful, 5 star quality service, but as of lately (the past 2-3 months) I’ve seen some changes that have me looking into other clinics. There just seems to be a lot more inconsistency in communication since I’ve noticed multiple times where I ask about my dogs weight, or what to expect during my appointment and it changes with each person I talk to. It feels like a run around just to get the information I need. I also noticed that a lot of the people who used to be here no longer are, so this makes me question if there are things happening behind the scenes making the environment completely different. Nothing against the staff, they are fine, but it’s definitely not the same level of quality and consideration I received before. The vet was very helpful in finding solutions for my dog’s health concerns, but the price is also astronomical for the level of service I am now receiving in comparison to before.
