Took our new puppy to see Dr. Arredondo at Belcher Animal Hospital. First checkup, shots, the really important things for our new family member. The entire staff was friendly and 100% on point with everything. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend for all the pet owners in the area.
I have been noticing some concerning behaviors with my cat over the past few days, so I called the animal hospital to make an appointment as soon as they were open this morning. They scheduled me in right away, I even got in earlier than planned. They provided quality service and genuine care for my pet. I was very pleased with my experience today!
Made an appointment for my sick cat at 4:30. They called my wife and asked her if she could bring her in earlier. I got off work early so that I could meet her there as well with our sick cat. After waiting 45 minutes and being told that they were sorry.. The vet was with a sick animal and would be with us when they were able, we took our sick animal that we brought in and left. Apparently after reading the many recent reviews since the new vet came on board.. This treatment is common here. DO NOT RECOMMEND bringing your pet to this place. The staff I read.. Has been put through positivity training.. Common courtesy and professionalism should be added to that and some of them need to revisit that class.
Very caring. Took good care of friends and family's animals so I gave them a try. They treated my 2 dogs Great. One was advised to get tooth extraction for a growth and her nose, which we assume was infection. It was going to be pricey and we they took her in, found out it was bone cancer. It's really sad but they gave me hospice care, she's still with me, but didn't do unnecessary surgery that probably would have made things Worse. I love their crew, kind and understanding.
I can't believe it's taken me so many years to leave this review. Maybe its taken that long to get through the trauma of losing my best friend. The staff here took such good care of us during that time. They lit a candle in the waiting area as well for a moment of silence as l lost my baby in that cold room. I noticed on my way out and thought that was the sweetest gesture.
