We just moved to the area and our old dog went downhill fast. Everyone in this office was very accommodating and patient with us. They treated me with kindness and gave my dog dignity in his last moments and I am forever grateful.
My husband and I have been going here for almost a decade. We now live 30 minutes away and still make the drive! I have never met another vet as honest, forthcoming, and non-judgmental as these two. They don’t try to guilt you into expensive treatments like most vets do. The first pet I had treated here was an 18 year old cat. They recommended the treatments that would improve her quality of life at a reasonable price, without pressuring me into treating every single thing that was wrong with her. We’ve had 3 other animals treated there and all were treated with good quality care and realistic expectations. I will always bring my animals here!
Great place, doctor Duvall and her staff are wonderful. From the front desk ladies who are very nice and helpful to being seen on time, to the knowledgeable vet technician and to dr. Duvall who actually listened to us with compassion and no pressure into expensive treatments, we had the best vet office experience in past 22 years. We will definitely be long time customers. They took the time to actually make friends with my sweet boy Charlie who for the first time in his life didn't fear a vet visit.
I’ve been coming to BAH since our family dog Dezi, and now with my own babies, Bentley and Ollie. I’ve always been so happy with grooming, wellness, etc, but I want to especially thank Dr. Mayne, the front desk staff, and all the nurses and techs that helped me with my Ollie. I had an emergent walk in and the usual veterinarians were on vacation, but this DVM accepted my baby’s ruptured cyst and actually was willing to take him into surgery and removed it all. She was fantastic, patient, and answered ALL my questions, and the team was so friendly as well (as usual). Thank you Bloomingdale, so much, for your willingness to accept my fur baby and further to go the lengths to fix him entirely.
