Took my two year-old male cat Zeus here because he had a blockage in his urethra and boy was I scared I was gonna lose him. He spent a total of 4 days here during 2 separate stays. After the 1st stay we brought him home, he was doing a lil better but was still peeing blood and was very lethargic, I was worried he wasn’t gonna get better. We brought him back for a 2nd stay to check on his kidneys and he stayed there for another night. When we went to pick him up he made an almost full recovery over night. Zeus was much more awake, eating, and walking around. I honestly cannot thank this vet enough, everybody there was super friendly and you can honestly tell their best interest is in your pet. Words cannot describe how appreciative I am of everyone that works there, and I’m sure Zeus would say the same.
Always great care. The doctors and staff here are a nice group of people and they continue with great care of my Chihuahua. After their diagnosis and consultation I'm extremely pleased and happy to have found them. This is where I'll be taking my pets from now on.
My husband and I recently had to let our precious Bella go. Dr. Brandt was amazing. She cried with us. She explained everything so well. Walked us through every step and was very compassionate, along with the entire staff. Forever grateful!
my cats health had rabidly declined and I brought him in for a check up, we ended up needing to say our final goodbyes and Dr Brandt was incredible throughout the whole process. She talked me through everything and made sure I was aware of any charges before proceeding with anything. I was alone for this, and she cried with me and gave me a sincere hug and made me feel so much better despite the circumstances
My giant breed dog had a complication from his neuter. There was quite a bit of swelling and some bleeding. I am disabled and transportation is difficult for me. I could not find someone to look at hi until Bluffs Animal hospital said they would look. I like the facility with it's cleanliness and super friendly staff. The doc was great in explaining it's not as bad as it looks. Since I use a mobile vet, I do need to have a full service vet and I think I found a great place to take my guy.
