Awesome and kind staff! Highly recommended, our first time visit went very smoothly. Their receptionist service is amazing booking an appointment was super easy. They answered my every question. During the exam even he was overly excited time to time they calmed him down with cookies and kind words! They are amazing, I’ll come here again for sure.
My only stop for my pet’s grooming. Got my pups looking good! It does take a while for grooming to be completed but they are always busy and make up for it with great communication.
Boyette Animal Hospital is the best! All of the doctors are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and caring. Our senior pup is not an easy case being diagnosed with IMHA a few years back and now diabetes just this past summer..he had needed an incredible amount of care and monitoring..but this place is wonderful and they take such great care of us! Thank you all for everything that you do!
Short Version: I love this place. It isn't cheap but I know my fur baby is getting quality care. Best of all, it's a one stop shop for me, grooming, boarding, reg visits, meds and surgeries. All the things! Long Version: Found them randomly when I had to put my first pet down. It was close, open on a Saturday and they could get me in asap. It was as awful as you'd expect. But they honestly did EVERYTHING to make it as least sucky as possible. They got me into a room quickly, they saw how distraught I was and were so very patient and sweet, even speaking in softer tones. Towards the end, a tech paused and turned back to me. She told me she could tell I was a good mom before she left. I'll NEVER forget her! I was thinking horrible thoughts about myself that whole time and cannot begin to explain the gift her words were to me. Later, I got a card all the staff signed. I was dumbfounded at the thoughtful gesture. They have a customer for life!
I have been using Boyette Animal Hospital as my pets’ veterinarian for almost 2.5 years now. I choose to drive almost 50 minutes each way because of the kind, compassionate and loving care the staff provides. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Courtney and Dr. Audrey, all of the nurses and the front desk staff. My appointments never feel rushed and all my questions and concerns are addressed every appointment. While my soul dog, Longo’s, health was failing earlier this summer everyone on staff I came in contact with went above and beyond every time we were there. I would highly recommend them.
