Best vet office in the area. The staff works so well together and they are so respectful and caring towards you and your pet. I had an emergency situation and even with my dog never being seen before here they were able to get him in same day and early. We had no wait, room was so clean and ready for us on appointment time. I will no longer use any other vets. Thank you everyone who helped my dog feel better for the weekend.
So grateful for the Dr's and staff at this clinic, they are attentive, professional, and consistently provide the best care possible. Dr Taggart is kind, and takes the time to ensure all our concerns are addressed. Amanda and Brianna were also very friendly and really aim to make the visit a pleasant experience.
Super glad we found our dog's new doctor! From the second my wife and I walked through the door, and throughout the 1-hour visit, we found everyone at Brandon Lakes to be very friendly and knowledgeable people. We have an English Bulldog, which as other EBD owners know, it takes a different set of skills and attentiveness to properly care for these special pooches. Dr. Heppner and staff understood our dog's needs and we walked out of there with very high confidence that we finally found a practice that will provide for our baby's needs. Highly recommended!
Dr Haire and staff are awesome! Dr Haire helped us say good bye to our beloved Bubbie the butt head bull dog over a year ago and was so compassionate! So when a new pup came into our lives we exactly where we would go for vet care!! First visit with new timid 7 month old female shepherd mix and they took their time with her to make sure it was a good experience for her. They sat on the floor with her, used soft tones, gently and slowly touched her and played with her. By the end of her visits they were all best friends. Dr Haire is so compassionate and relatable. She took her time , answered all my questions and concerns and didn't rush through the appt. Best experience ever!!!!
