I called at 9:49 and got an appointment at 10:30 a.m. same day for my kittens up to date shots. Everyone was so nice. Dr Courtney and Morgan were super friendly. Cinnamon is up to date till next year!Thank you so much!
I have taken multiple pets to Care through the years, but they have HIGHLY disappointed me with my new puppy. Not sure if it’s under new management or what but I would NOT recommend anyone going there. I took my new puppy there for his puppy shots and the first visit I saw the vet for maybe 2 minutes where she seemed too rushed to be bothered with questions. The second visit I didn’t even get to see the vet, nor got put in a room. Someone came into the lobby and asked ME what shots I wanted that time. Uhm how am I supposed to know?! That’s why I go to a vet! He then was given a shot in the middle of the lobby! The third visit was the exact same. I signed up for the wellness package and signed a contract, so sadly I had to go back to get him neutered. Before that visit (a week after all his shots) I realized no one ever gave me his rabies information! When I went to drop him off for surgery I asked and they replied “Oh, sorry we must have forgotten to give him his rabies shot!” EXCUSE ME! Fast forward to me picking him up and I asked if he had gotten it (just to be safe) AND THEY FORGOT AGAIN! You would think that was the worst, but it keeps going! A week after his surgery he got two awful ear infections so I took him in and got medicine (no issues that time surprisingly) but still had to take him back a week later for his follow up after surgery. For the follow up visit I was put in a room and 1 1/2 hours goes by when someone finally realizes they forgot about me!! They were mopping and cleaning up to leave while I was still in a room! When the girl comes in she asked if there were any issues after surgery, and now very upset, I replied YEAH he was here for them! She didn’t even read why I was there before coming in. She scanned his chart and goes “Well if he is good now, you’re good to go.” Basically rushing me out. Not once did she even look at the incision or him. I was very confused asked what about his stitches and she goes “Oh yah I forgot about that!” They were going to send me home without even removing his stitches! I am disgusted at their neglect and would NEVER recommend anyone going there.
I highly recommend this clinic . everyone was so understanding and welcoming from front desk to doctors this is a very compassionate and supportive group. I called in the morning with an emergency and got an appointment within 30mins . I love how open and informative the doctor was and called when changes came up as well as with updates. There was no surprises. Thank you so much for taking great care of our fur baby
This was a new clinic for me and my Cat. My cat had a potential emergency and they were able to get us in right away. The staff was accommodating, compassionate and friendly. Treatment and findings were explained and they asked before providing additional testing and gave me the cost. The Tech explained the aftercare leaving me with no questions. I will definitely return with my other pets. This is my new clinic.
I could not say more good things about my experience at Care Animal Hospital! From scheduling and wait time to cost and care every part of my visit was 10/10. They were able to get me in the same day I called, and a follow up the very next morning. Anthony was very friendly and my grumpy kitty loved him. Dr. Rubenstein is very thorough and detailed. He took his time with me and all of the questions I had, and provided detailed answers. I feel confident that we have the right diagnosis and most effective treatment plan! The best thing about this place is they don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing, it was all totally necessary and helped my kitty feel better. I couldn’t recommend this place more! They were even amazing a few years ago when my family dog was in her last few months. Thank you all for the excellent experience!
