We have been clients of Care Animal Hospital for about 11 years. We just had our first new puppy wellness visit for our third dog with Care. During those 11 years, Care has been there in every situation . We appreciate that. Our vet, Dr Chelsea Northam, has consistently provided exemplary care and support. They have earned a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating.
My rat terriers have been seen at Care for approx. 8 years. The vets are always through, caring and try to what is best for them. They explain choices and medical decisions where they are understood. The front desk staff are always helpful in getting us an appointment esp. when more urgent. I can't praise them enough for all the help and care we have received over the years.
From beginning to end, I had such a great experience with Care Animal Hospital. From getting checked in, the front desk was very professional and friendly. We walked back into a room and the vet technician was extremely helpful in getting Ava‘s records sent over from another vet clinic. There was little to no wait time from getting checked in to going into a room. The vet technician and Vet, Dr. Jon Rubinstein, were very professional. The vet was very thorough in his exam with my dog, and I would recommend this clinic to anyone I know. We were able to come up with a diagnosis for my dog and she has been thriving ever since then. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my dog!!
Thank you for existing. I called distressed about my little baby not knowing what to do because her 2 vets couldn't give us an emergency appointment just to check her out from what it's said to have been a seizure. The tech that answered the phone was very empathetic and was able to help me. I was able to get my baby seen by the doctor and I feel so good about how they treated me and her. Thank you. I just might switch all my fur babies here. Definitely recommend.
