My pet baby was being treated for over a month with Hemotoma ear. I called after two visits of her not getting better to be seen. I was told they had no appointments. No problem. I took her to the emergency vet. A week later her ear bust. I came home to my dog with a bloody ear and blood all over my home. I called the vet to see if they could see her. I was told they are about to close. Mind you it was 3:30 and I live 5 min away. I asked to please ask the vet if they could see her. The receptionist replied that the vet stated they had other appointments. Off to the emergency vet I go again. I am in complete disbelief. This place is never full. I have an appointment today with a new vet who was very gracious to see her.
The Employees here were nice and attentive, they were able to take me in same day when I told them I was stressing about my dog’s flea infestation. they suggested the best medication that suits my doggie best.
My pup has been coming here regularly since I got her a year and a half ago. She just recently got spayed and Dr. Liao did an awesome job with the procedure! I was honestly nervous about the spay surgery, but she was very knowledgeable and informative regarding all of my questions and concerns about the procedure. Both she and her staff also all seem to be extremely attentive, caring and compassionate for all of the pets that come in. My pup healed up extremely quickly and didn't require nearly as much care as I thought she would in the days following the procedure. She was back to normal in a little over a week!
Very clean facility with a courteous staff. Pricing is fair and the Veterinarian does a great job communicating. Has been easy to make and change appointments.
