Brought in "the tribe" of 3 cats for our first appointment with Cornerstone Veterinary Hospital today and could not be more happy with the service we received from the entire staff!!! Was tired of the corporate vet business always charging or wanting to charge you for things not needed. Looked for a more “ home “ feeling” type of office. Not pushy . I have found that! Meet Diva: my adopted kitty from way back in the '06 college days, who has become my sidekick (obsession) throughout my entire adult life. She's sassy, talks SO much, and loves to cuddle up on your shoulder. She is an older kitty and has encountered some (scary) medical conditions that were completely missed by our former vet. I am SO fortunate to have found Dr. Mayo a couple years ago, and I wish I had found her sooner! She is very thorough (this is a huge for me), kind and genuine, and explains every detail until you fully understand everything going on. She has taken a proactive approach to my cat's health, where the former vet was being reactive to issues that started to show up. I selfishly wish she took human patients (lol) because I have yet to find my own doctor that is this thorough, thoughtful, and amazing. Her staff is equally as awesome. I called yesterday morning, and chose not to leave a voicemail. Before I could even send a message in the PetDesk app, they were already calling me back. Polite. Cheerful. Genuine. I would leave 100 stars if I could :) Thank you for going above and beyond to take care of my fave girl, my chunky nugget, Diva!
Dr. Mayo has done multiple surgeries on my cat after I found her when she was sick. Each time, Dr. Mayo and the entire office staff showed so much care and attention to her needs. Dr. Mayo is the very best and I feel at ease knowing my cat’s health is entrusted to her.
