We wanted to switch our veterinary care for our 7 year old Golden Retriever, Murdock to a a veterinary practice that would be patient-centered and focus on keeping him happy and healthy for as long as possible. We are overjoyed to have found Dr. Hodge and his team! Every person was beyond knowledgeable and professional and we left knowing they have our pup’s best interests in mind. The other pet parents who were there were friendly and you could tell really cared about their pets which is why they were there. It was a truly positive experience from start to finish and we feel fortunate to have such a great practice in our backyard.
Dr. Alexa was so kind, patient, and Very informative with our first puppy visit. I felt at ease and less anxious about asking all “puppy” questions and concerns I had. From the beginning The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We also have our 4 year old Australian shepherd that comes here, today was my first visit actually going inside the building. I loved the experience. With my Aussie we always waited in the car.
Dr. Hodge and his staff are wonderful. We wish we had found them sooner! They are kind, caring and professional. They go the extra mile to create a warm and caring atmosphere. They are certainly experts and we know our little Eddie is in good hands!
We have been taking my “baby” (now 13), Cooper, to Dr. Hodge for several years now, and I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else. Dr. Hodge, Paula, Eniko, and everyone in that office are amazing. They are the most caring, sweetest, patient, and knowledgeable people. I'm pretty sure Coop actually likes coming here, he just goes off with anyone in the office like "Bye mom!" Dr. Hodge is truly one of a kind. I’ve been to vets before who seem like they absolutely hate their job and animals, leaving me wondering why?! You will not experience that here. You can tell Dr. Hodge loves what he does—he treats my Cooper like I imagine he treats his own pets. I truly believe he saved my baby because nobody else was able to help us. ❤️ I have trust issues when it comes to my dog, but I 1000% trust every single person in this office. What makes this office stand out is its small size. You always know the doctor and staff you'll see when you visit. Don't worry -when Dr. Hodge gets his much needed time away, Dr. Alexa is there, and she is fantastic! I’ve visited other veterinary clinics with multiple doctors on staff, but none of them compare to the exceptional quality of care provided here. I am so happy I found Dr. Hodge and this wonderful team. My only regret is not finding them sooner!
We got a new pekingese puppy, Trooper, in June. My neighbor recommended Cross Creek Animal Medical Center who has taken care of her baby dog, Teddy, all of his life, and he just turned 18 years old! Dr. Hodge, Enico, Paula, and the whole team at Cross Creek have been great to work with. They take such thoughtful and responsive care of Trooper, to get him fully vaccinated as soon as I brought him home, and off to a healthy start. Dr. Hodge later took care of "the surgery" when he was ready and all went very well. Trooper is a happy, healthy, and active 8-month-old baby dog now, and I always know I can count on Dr. Hodge and his team to keep him that way....and yes, Trooper will always be "my baby"! Thank you and Happy New Year to the Cross Creek Animal Medical Team!
