Took my dog there when he was on his way out. I wanted to get some X-rays to see if he was in pain. The doctor took like 12 of them because she was curious, but only charged me for 2. They are so kind and professional. When I decided to let my dog go (he had degenerative myelopathy, there was nothing we could do), I scheduled an at home euthanasia and they were so kind and comforting when it was his time to go. Afterwards, when I went to pick up his ashes, they put together a nice care package with a handwritten note expressing their condolences. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for an office who truly cares about their pet.
First visit to vet after moving to the area. Tucked away vet office off of main highway. Great staff, great vet. She was very patient and calming to our pets. Definitely don't be in a rush as she takes time with your animals which is a change from some newer veterinarians.
Just got a rescue puppy. This office was great. Dr Brown and her staff answered all my questions. My little chihuahua had to have his booster shots, nails clipped and he never made a sound. The doctor and her assistant were very gentle and loving . The second time he went back for his last shot he didn't hesitate to go into the office! So cute. The prices were very reasonable, and I thought cheaper than some places I called. I will never take Papi anywhere else!
I truly cannot understand all of these 5 star reviews. In my experience a few months ago, the Dr. was not great & the staff or tech we spoke to was extremely rude & would not give us an appointment even after we found a huge lump on our pup that they had totally missed after an exam. We were a patient that had been seen before. There was no reason for the rudeness so we decided to go elsewhere. Think twice before going here. Our dog passed about a month later as the lump was not diagnosed until later.
Love this place! It’s like taking your pets to see family members. Always willing to help anytime you call. Dr. Brown is so caring and definitely takes her time with you and your fur babies. Everyone is super sweet and supportive.
