I have been a customer since 2016. Joel at Dog Watch of Central Florida was recommended to me by a friend. Joel is very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Customer Service is excellent. He will return your call within 24 hours and schedules an appointment within a week. Throughout the years, he came out for many repairs. After not needing the fence for about 1 1/2 years, I had him come out (in 2025) for a repair, add 300' of wire and train two puppies. Before he leaves, he will make sure you are comfortable with training and completely satisfied with the service he provided. If you are looking for a hidden fence, I highly recommend calling Joel and Dog Watch of Central Florida.

We recently had a few cuts in our line (caused by your truly :) and Joel came promptly, found the location of the cuts, repaired them and we are now again fully operational again.
