Joel and his son installed our invisible dog fence a few days ago and I was extremely impressed with every step of the process. He was highly recommended by a neighbor and I now understand why. Joel was super responsive, explained everything in detail, and was very patient with both of my dogs. He even wanted to take my chocolate lab home with him, which was super cute. I would highly recommend Dogwatch of Central Florida to all my friends and family! This guy is seriously one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in a very long time.
Do yourself a favor and use Dogwatch of central Florida. Joel is awesome, friendly, beyond available and helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and the equipment is great too. Very impressed. We have had our Dogwatch invisible fence for almost 6 months. The training he teaches your animals and you is so good and super doable. Before you know it, your animals will take to their new space. We trained an 11 year old, two 2 year olds, and just this week trained our 6 month old puppy, which Joel came back out to flag our yard and do with us. The dogs are all doing great on it. I know Joel’s long history of doing this has a lot to do with how great our experience has been. Thankful for our yard and front door invisible fencing! Thank you to Joel for continuing to help whenever and however you can!
Joel and his team did a great job. Great communication on when they would arrive and complete the job. Very professional and personable. Amazing job with my dogs through the training process. Very nice and reassuring to be able to communicate in person with the owner Joel.
Wow! Had a small issue with a decade-old system (originally installed by him), called the number, he returned the call nearly instantly and within an hour, we were meeting in a Publix parking lot like we were fencing Rolexes. He was able to troubleshoot our issue, fix it, basically teach me some tips and tricks, and even sold us a new indoor item. And … all this happened late in the afternoon ON A SATURDAY! I’m telling you, there should be a massive statue dedicated in downtown Winter Garden in Joel’s honor for Olympic level customer service. An annual parade and :45 minute fireworks display in his honor would also be appropriate.
Great Company with great customer service. The Dogwatch fence is working great with our crazy dog..lol. He has learned the fence boundary and can now enjoy the yard. Highly recommended company.
