We’ve had the pleasure of working with two different vets at this practice. Both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. But today’s visit was especially special, Dr. Crosby sat and listened to my concerns and helped find a treatment plan for our dog. This is the first time in the last 2 years, that I’ve felt heard while advocating for my pet. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to take my pets to.

We wanted to write a review weeks ago when Chuck crossed the rainbow, but I was too sad. You were amazingly thoughtful, professional and solemn with us. The cremation services were expert and we just received a (well-timed) signed card from every staff member that was so touching. For our living 3-legged fur baby, you are incredibly pragmatic and listen to us. AND in the recent past, I saw the entire staff standing outside the office wondering how to care for an abandoned dog in a field across Mason Ave.(btw?) We drive a bit from OB to visit you and will continue to do so. RIP DR MAC, take care of Chuck for us. We miss her so much.

These guys were great. The technician was knowledgeable and made me feel really confident and was super friendly. The service was quick, the vet took the time to listen, was able to immediately provide a prognosis and remedy. On top of that they treated my little angel so sweet and compassionate. Also not very expensive at all which i expect from most pet care. Would def recommend bringing your fur baby here!

So I took my dog in for dental work and she came out not able to use her hind legs. I was extremely upset but after contacting Dr. Kyle and given the amount of concern he shown don't think anything was done intentional, at least not by him. This was going to start as a negative review but Dr. Kyle has gone above and beyond for my little girl and I can't thank him enough. I would literally take a bullet for that man. He's the best vet I've ever had for my animals and truly shows concern. He won't give up on them so in closing I just want to say that if you go to Driftwood I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Kyle as opposed to anyone else. He is a real life hero and even though my little girl might not make it it won't be for lack of trying. he has been fantastic and I couldn't ask for a better person to look over my little girl during this extremely difficult time. Update: because of whatever happened to my little girl at Driftwood during her dental procedure she was paralyzed from the waist down and then I don't know if they dropped her or kicked her or what happened but she ended up pooping blood. It was solid poop but really dark with blood in it Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Friday it turned into extremely runny diarrhea. All blood and she was vomiting blood. Whatever they did effected her stomach and all she would do is lay there and cry profusely. I had to make the difficult decision today and I had to put her to sleep so she wouldn't suffer anymore. I'll never take another animal to Driftwood animal hospital. I'd like to thank Dr. Kyle he did his best to help but the fact is something happened to my animal while she was under his care and it cost her her life. I am heartbroken and emotionally destroyed. She was my little girl and my best friend. And now she's gone. I serve no purpose at this point.

Took my 5 yr old German shepherd in today as a walk-in, she woke up not wanting to put any weight on her front leg. The staff was so great with getting us in and they saw her very quickly. They were super friendly and made sure that she knew they were there to help before going and messing with her to figure out what was wrong. I strongly recommend them and will happily bring back my other dogs there not just for emergent visit but for their wellness and vaccines.
