We’ve had the pleasure of working with two different vets at this practice. Both extremely knowledgeable and friendly. But today’s visit was especially special, Dr. Crosby sat and listened to my concerns and helped find a treatment plan for our dog. This is the first time in the last 2 years, that I’ve felt heard while advocating for my pet. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful place to take my pets to.
We wanted to write a review weeks ago when Chuck crossed the rainbow, but I was too sad. You were amazingly thoughtful, professional and solemn with us. The cremation services were expert and we just received a (well-timed) signed card from every staff member that was so touching. For our living 3-legged fur baby, you are incredibly pragmatic and listen to us. AND in the recent past, I saw the entire staff standing outside the office wondering how to care for an abandoned dog in a field across Mason Ave.(btw?) We drive a bit from OB to visit you and will continue to do so. RIP DR MAC, take care of Chuck for us. We miss her so much.
Not the same vet as it used to be. I have been coming here for close to 10 years for all my pets and since Dr. Gary has retired, I have not had good experiences. Just took my 10 week old pup there with a extremely high fever, face swelling, and very lethargic. No treatment was given to lower his fever or help him in anyway. Was only told it could be cancer and referred to a specialist in Maitland whenever I can get an appointment and spent a $650 vet bill for nothing. I went to a different Vet in Port Orange for a second opinion and they immediately started treatment, got his fever down, gave him fluid and he is now back home recovering from an infection with major improvement and NOT cancer. I understand not knowing what it is at first, but not treating a life threatening condition in such a small puppy is not acceptable and extremely concerning. I will no longer be bringing any of my pets here and will be highly encouraging others I know to go to a different vet as well.
I could cry they are so amazing. Very efficient, kind, and helpful. They didn’t try and take advantage of me financially. Would recommend this vet to everyone!!!
I have been going to this place for 25 years since Gary Langford sold it. It is no good. They think that they’re so great in this place. They can tell you what you’re doing with your animals. I’m not gonna be told what I am have to do with my animals. There are so many other places and vets that are out there that are so much better than this place. If i would have not listened to doctor kyle wolf my dog wouldn’t have almost died!! They just lost a lot of money thats what it’s all about the money with them not the animal and to think i was going to take my other dogs there i will go back to the place i have been going!!I guess they have so much business they dont have to treat the customer with respect!!
