If I could give 10 stars I would! My bf and I recently moved to the area with our shepherd/mal, husky, and lab and I am so grateful I found this practice! The entire team here is so sweet, caring and helpful 🤍 I take my dog mom role very seriously, I called 10+ vet practices in the area before deciding to bring my pups here. Their exam fee starts at $49 and they are very transparent with you about the treatment plan and prices and they treat their patients with so much care. I highly recommend!

I came here after my cat Ryder was sick and not eating, this veterinary team was very helpful and supportive on helping us on where to go from there. They recommended us to VEG (Veterinary Emergency Group), where my cat was able to more treatment. Thanks to Dunedin Animal Medical Center I was sent to the best place for my cat to be saved. Ryder ended up having to go through surgery to remove a foreign body. He is now home and fully recovered! I wanted to thank everyone who helped us through this difficult time.

Dunedin Medical center is a very professional, well run center. The staff and Doctors are all kind and efficient. They explain everything before doing it and are very kind and compassionate! I would highly recommend it for any pet.

I've lived in several different states, always had pets of just about every variety, and have therefore visited many very good vet offices. Dunedin Animal Medical Center is by far the best in every way. The staff from the desk to the techs to the Doc himself couldn't be any friendlier or more professional. I highly recommend this office!

Took my dog Sam in after a sudden onset of vomiting this past Sunday, ahead of Hurricane Milton. Dr. said he found concerning but inconclusive imagine in X-ray, but he was clear and normal from other illness or disease tests, and recommended ultrasound on suspicion of possible blockage or foreign material, which I did have to go to another place for... I wish I had taken the referral offered, instead of leaving without any referral and picking my own well-known big 24 hr ER vet place. Big mistake on my part. Now, the place I took him to (completely in my own ignorance), aside from completing the life saving surgery, I was less than satisfied... It took far too much time (days, actually as they wanted me to wait and see if it was just an upset stomach) and money on redundant X-rays (2 of them!) and blood tests for them to come around to same conclusion the Dr. here thought was next best step, finally using ultrasound. Pushing my patience to the limit along the way. Anyway, saved my dog's life, as he had a tiny bit of string that was in his stomach and partially into his small intestine causing some contraction there around the string and surely would have died without surgical intervention. If you're reading this, please save yourself a headache and take a referral if they feel they need to send you off to another specialist facility! Likely save yourself the headache and near heartache I went through.
