Recently, my cat Fortune received a top-notch bath. The technician approached me, addressing my concerns and ensuring a gentle introduction of the cleaning tools to Fortune. The outcome was remarkable; Fortune's fur is now smooth and shiny. I highly recommend this establishment and have been exclusively feeding Fortune their premium Italian pet food selections.

Did not let me know my dog nail bleed after just coming in for a nail trim. The groomer just handed my dog to me and said nothing. When I got my dog, there was blood all over my finger. After I noticed the groomer said “she had too much hair I couldn’t see”. I’m very sad over the lack of communication. I paid for the service still. The picture is her blood with the medicine the groomer applied.

They always do such a great job grooming my little guy! Very professional and love the range of products they carry in the store. We solely use earth wise to purchase our dogs food and grooming

Keila is amazing with my Golden Retriever. He is always good looking And smelling and the happiest! He is always well taken care of. Definitely recommend!
