Dr Moore and all of her staff are wonderful. They take time to be kind, even when they are very very busy. Everything is explained thoroughly, and the pricing is very fair. They have taken excellent care of our Brody & Scooter for puppy wellness and vaccinations, up to the neuter surgery. You and your pet(s) are in an extremely capable ,and supportive space at this clinic. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a veterinary clinic.
I have two dogs under Dr. Moores care. I am overall very happy. I appreciate her practical and straightforward approach. Sometimes I can have my mind made up about the way I think my boys should be treated ( holistic meets medical). I always feel respected and heard, and Dr. Moore and staff respect my views. Customer service is excellent the girls there are super sweet. Theo had boarded with them before he is a bit challenging to handle. I have seen numerous times where Dr. Moore and her staff get on the floor and take their time to slowly earn his trust. We never feel that we are taking their time or rushed out the office. My other meatball Noah has chronic ear infections and skin issues. Dr. Moore Has done more than most of the veterinarians my dog has seen to send the sample to a lab and find out specifically what antibiotics work and actually fix the problem. I appreciate, knowing that I can trust your practice, and that my dogs are well taken care of when I leave town. Because I’m sure like many our pets are family. Miller Family
Over the last 30 days, my puppy Lucy has gone through a horrible experience. She stopped eating was vomiting constantly and had breathing difficulties. I rushed her to Loving Care Animal hospital, but they didn't examine her properly and charged me a fortune. Then, I took her to Clearwater Animal hospital, and they did the same. Despite my repeated request, neither Hospital checked her Vital Signs examined her ears eyes her throat. Just when I had lost all hope and was ready to put her down my grandson asked me to please try to save her life that was his only Christmas wish so I called East Bay Animal Hospital where I met Dr Melissa Brock who saved my baby's life within the first 10 minutes she found a giant mass in her throat. She referred me to Tampa Bay veterinarian specialties where they gave my baby emergency surgery. She then came home ate a big bowl of food and is now resting comfortably on the couch. I am so glad that I got to meet you Dr Brock, I cannot thank you enough. Sorry I had to add to this that between the other two vets I paid over $800 to get no results. But with Dr Brock I got all the results that I needed with just an office visit.. Thank you all at East Bay Animal Hospital, and Happy Holidays .
I rehab squirrels and my little one Tidbit was having some sneezes and coughs. Dr. Moore and her staff were amazing. They were all very nice and patient with Tidbit. If you know anything about squirrels you know they are.... Well..... squirrelly and can be difficult to handle and get to stay still. Dr. Moore and her staff did an amazing job with tidbit and I'm happy to say that even one day after getting some antibiotics and nebulizer treatment she is up and eating with a little more energy than yesterday! Thank you so much!
I was disappointed with the service I received at this place. The lady at the front desk was mildly rude and did not give me the information I needed, which resulted in my having to drive there two extra times. I wasted so much money and time on this place and have received no helpful guidance on how to help my cat loose weight. It has been three weeks since I took my cat in and I’m still waiting for a call from his doctor to go over the results of his tests and get some advice for his weight.
