if I could put zero stars in I would. my family is absolutely devastated because our cat was dropped off on 7/15 and died 7/17 because they literally overdosed our cat. We brought her in to be groomed and this was our second time there to get her groomed because she needed to be sedated for grooming. I told the lady up front on 7/15 that the last time she came in they gave her way too much sedation and to give her less. She said she would talk to doctor about it. I picked her up Monday and from there on out she would barely move and was peeing on herself because she couldn’t walk. I called on 7/17 to ask what I should do. The lady literally said they gave her more than the normal dose to protect the groomer. Our sweet healthy 7lb cat died that late Wednesday afternoon. Protect the groomer? What? Is she going to get up really fast and scratch him being that much under sedation? This place killed our healthy family cat. Our whole family is devastated. This should be a crime. Shame on you for murdering our cat when we warned you not to sedate her so heavy but you chose to sedate her more! Now our precious baby is dead. Our children are devastated and it’s so clear you do not care one bit! RIP Charlotte and I’m sorry that they took your life prematurely

Been to this vet twice in emergency situations as they have very accommodating hours of operation. The first time my dog ate my underwear and they were able to get me in within the hour! The second time I was worried he had a blockage as he was throwing up and had diarrhea for hours over night. They were able to get me a same day appointment only a mere hours later. A little pricy, but great care and it’s worth it with how awesome they are seeing your pet on short notice on with a range of times.

When we adopted a 15 year old Shepard Mix from a rescue over 2 years ago there was no question which veterinary practice we were going to establish “Bear” with. I saw first hand the level of care, exceptional clinic hours, 5 star vets, they had with various dogs/cats in my neighborhood. Knowing they have been in business for over 25 years says something. Having a large breed who is now 17 and requires daily arthritis med., I knew their “Arthritis Therapy Ctr.” would be so beneficial and current on the latest therapies. It is rare to find this. We primarily see Dr. Elizabeth Wynn, her knowledge, her bedside manner, the unselfish way she spends time with you and your pet is only a small part of her excellence. The front desk, reception, in ANY business is the most important part, and at Ehrlich they are professional, compassionate, efficient just to name a few. Having pets is a privilege, and preventative care, timely emergency care, does cost money. Ehrlich is a little more but for me it is well spent. I feel as if Bear gets what we paid for. We owe that to our animals. Ehrlich has never disappointed us. Mary Katherine Carlson

I took my dog to get groomed by Marc on 3/21. Murph walked in perfectly fine and happy. When I picked my dog up from grooming, he was limping. When I got home, I noticed almost all his nails from his back paws were cut too short and oozing with blood. I took him back in the very next day, 3/22, where I was told what happened to him was completely normal. I had to pay for pain medication and was told he will be back to normal in no time.Fast forward a little over a week later and my dog is still limping and in worse condition. He was taken back on 4/1 and X-rays were done. It was said that he has injured his back in the same spot he was injured a few years ago- a strain. Dr. Burgos and Dr. Saleh are now saying his limp and not being able to walk is due to a reoccurring injury. Mind you, he has never had an injury like this ever again until he was seen by your groomers. This injury happened at your facility in the hands of your workers. When signs of blood were seen, grooming should have been stopped immediately. But, it was continued. Now I am facing upcoming vet bills because your office neglected to add in the special notes about his previous back injury. I trusted your staff to be gentle and loving with my dog. But, you hurt him. In the words of Dr Saleh “you should be more careful and not take your pet to be groomed.” This is not a place where the vets and staff care and have empathy for your pet.

Ehrlick Animal Hospital overdosed our precious cat even after we warned them to not sedate her like they did the first time. They took it upon themselves to increase her dose even after our instructions and they killed our almost 13 year old healthy family cat Charlotte. Our children and whole family are devastated. You had no right to increase her meds we clearly instructed you to not sedate her like you did last time. Now we had to bury our healthy cat today ! Shame one you! We could have gladly went without the grooming. You murdered our family pet! RIP Charlotte and shame on your business!
