My dog has been here several times for boarding as well as we use them as our regular vet. The staff is friendly and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help. I will say their services are priced a little on the higher side compared to other vets in the area. Their boarding does offer better amenities and they always keep you informed with pictures and you see what your doggie is up to so that gives peace of mind when out of town. Overall still five stars in my opinion.
Dr Enoch, Johnny, Nicole and Miranda are the best. After my dog Lily had a reaction to her vaccination, the staff got us right back in and met me immediately and took care of her. She wasn’t fully recovered the next day and when a Dr was unavailable, Nicole called me back and got me in Saturday morning. I can’t say enough good things to include the ladies at the front desk who all asked about Lily by name.
Duque loves to visit Embassy for daycare and is also stress free when seeing his Vet. The techs take such good care of him and are always happy to see him. Pictures are a plus too! I’ve seen a big difference in Duque’s behavior since going to this clinic. Watching him interact with Lindsey (they built rapport) made me feel confident about my choice of care. Whether it is the clinic, boarding, or daycare, I know he is loved and well taken care of.
Just finished my vet appointment today and had a wonderful experience. I have 104 pound Rottweiler that I got during Covid so it hasn’t been the easiest experience finding vet care for her. Today, I think I found the perfect place for her. Lauren at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel very confident about bringing my dog in despite being a little nervous. I was able to take my time with my dog and go directly into the room without any distractions or obstacles. My girl gets a little skittish/unhappy with getting shots, but everything went very smoothly and quickly for the first time thanks to Johnny and Dr. Eboch as they were super patient with her!
