I’ve had to bring two kittens here on separate occasions. The staff is always helpful and informative, and you can check in on their app. They get the pets in quick and get started. Everyone I’ve seen there cares about animals and is so good with them. Anytime I’ve had to get medication they have it there. Decently priced for the services provided. Will always come here if our typical vet is closed.
Everyone was very nice a knowledgeable. Glad to find this place as urgent issues always come up with a pet after clinic hours. They took care of my mom’s dog and her ear infection and they were quick to get us on and out considering this is a clinic and things take time. Would bring my own pets. Some staff speak Spanish as well. Be aware this is an urgent care, so similar to a human urgent care, general primary care, prevention medicines are not going to be available here. And they can stabilize pets for major events, but if it requires a major surgery, hospital admission, etc, you will be referred to an emergency Vet. That is my understanding. The company is welcome to correct me of course on my review. Regardless they have a customer and patient in the future. Thank you very much guys.
Your team was so caring and professional. I would definitely recommend your services to all my friends and family. Everything was thoroughly explained so I understand what was going on with my pet's health. The vet tech was amazing she showed me how to give my cat medicine and help calm my nerves. Never been to a Pet Urgent Care before. Going to a vet especially last minute always made me nervous because you just want the best care for your baby. I was referred by Flora Vet to come here and the referral did not disappoint. They take their time explaining the options and the best cost effective option to take. I truly felt that they cared for my baby and not just my business. It was not a okay here’s what she needs and go. The staff was very respectful very patient with my baby. They called the following day to check on her too. Overall very pleasant experience and staff had a pleasant moral to be around with. I’d recommend anyone to come here.
We really appreciated the care our Boston Terrier received at EVS Urgent care for her eye injury last night . Dr Koskinas and the staff were quick to take us in without an appointment and were kind, helpful & understanding. We were referred there by our regular veterinarian who was closing for the night when our situation arose. It was close to our home and the wait was minimal. Most importantly the care of our pup was excellent and we highly recommend them for your fur baby if the need arises.
