The staff always greets us with a smile and calm voice. Hospital is very clean and pleasing atmoshere while you wait. They take care of our dogs and follow up with a call after their office visits. My new rescue pup and I had the best experience at Family Animal Hospital! From the moment we walked into the office we felt welcomed and cared for. Everyone we met was knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and took the time to answer all my questions. Everyone made my pup feel so special and they were so gentle with her. FAH was recommended to me because of how wonderful and inclusive (🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️) they are and I am so glad I made the drive to come to their office. I highly recommend Family Animal Hospital!
Family Animal Hospital treated my min pin for years before she passed due to medical issues. They were fantastic through the entire process. I recently took in a rescue 106 pound mix breed who started having seizures after I (SADLY) decided to change him from comfortis to Trifexis. Staff and physicians both have been there during every challenging step trying to get him on proper meds to help maintain/ prolong the seizures. Highest kudos to this facility for how much they care about their fur baby patients
The staff are very friendly, and the doctor is very knowledgeable. The staff were very gentle and patient with my dog, making sure that she was as calm and comfortable as possible. The doctor offered budget-friendly options and explained everything in great detail. I left feeling confident that I had the knowledge necessary to take care of my dog and keep her healthy.
Just had my Yorkie's (Bruno) teeth cleaned. We were a bit stressed because Bruno does not like the vet, but he did great and he was up and running around immediately after the procedure. Very happy with the Vet who explained the process, costs involved, and updated us on what Bruno was pending (shots, etc). Best Veterinary team ever!
