Patrick was so helpful and polite. I called several times in just a few minutes to get my questions answered. Great customer service, they answer right away and are so courteous. I'm happy to send friends and family here, they'll be taken care of!
They have a wide variety of items. Mostly geared towards equine, but they have supplies and food for dogs, cats, chickens, reptiles, and probably more. They have saddles, bridles, bits, halters, grooming supplies, and so much more! The prices are reasonable and the staff were very helpful and friendly on both of my most recent visits. The only negative is that the store isn't closer to my house!
I buy crickets here and they usually always keep stock of large and small size crickets. Some of the animal enclosure’s could look better, and the pet section cleaned up. Probably not a place I would buy a new pet.
I Went in to get worms. Waited in line to get rung up for them. Cashier said he had to clear the line first. Instead of ringing me up, he told me to wait over by the feeders. Cashier assisted two customers who were behind me. After he cleared the line he stood at the register and chatted with a fellow employee and never came over to help. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Went into this store to get super worms for my bearded dragons, it was the most unpleasant visit I have ever had. I was not welcomed or greeted. I had to walk up to the counter and tell them what I needed. They were deep in conversation within themselves. Just rude and unprofessional
