Needed to take my daughter's dog to the ER she all of the sudden wasn't able to walk so I called and explained the situation. They came out and got her took her right in. A little while later the doctor came in and explained what they found our baby was paralyzed in her back end. She was 10 and had other health issues and had also been in a dog fight a week earlier which had nothing to do with her back end not working. The doctor gave me and my daughter our options and unfortunately the one that would be the less painful was putting her to sleep. My daughter made the unselfish decision that was what was best for her girl. So she was brought in so we could say good bye everyone there was so nice and considerate. When we were ready the doctor came in and explained and everything and and before she did anything she explained what was about to happen. Everything was very peaceful and our baby was no longer in pain. I appreciate how everyone let us take our time and do everything when we were ready they were very sweet and caring to us as well as our baby. And to make Fetch even better they also send a card a few days later which was made especially for our baby girl that everyone signed with their condolences. Hands down if I ever unfortunately have to do this again I will definitely go back here. They made a heartbreaking experience much more manageable. So thank you Fetch for making a horrible day for my family a little easier for us especially my daughter. And thank you again for taking the time out to make our girl her card and send it to us. My baby kitten Freya and I had the most compassionate and expertise forward experience at Fetch. Freya was only 4 months old when she was diagnosed with an eye condition and Dr. Sparkles took wonderful care of her. The team started with the least invasive procedure but we realized a few months later that Freya will need a more invasive micro-surgery which was quickly scheduled. She is now healed and as spunky as ever. The entire time the team checked in with us frequently and were responsive to questions via email or phone call. I felt very comfortable knowing that Freya would be cared for. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. A lover of great food, I appreciate Moreno bakery next door - it was helpful to be able to grab breakfast and a cafe con leche while waiting for Freya.

I was very anxious having to take my dog to a specialist, but the entire Fetch experience was outstanding from start to finish!! Every member of their staff was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! Dr. Schlesener was extremely supportive and patient as I had to make some difficult decisions and for that I will be forever grateful! I highly recommend Fetch and am so relieved I was able to find them and get to the bottom of my dog’s eye problem!

We are traveling with our dog who had lymphoma. We were referred to Fetch by another vet. They provided his chemo treatment and were so amazing. A week later he started having issues with not eating and being lethargic. They saw us the same day, did tests and exams, and gave us a treatment plan. 2 days later they initiated a call to check on him. The next day I called to tell them he was back to normal. Dr. Costa called me back to confirm things were good and tell me the next steps. As someone who is not their regular client I was amazed at the care and response. I highly recommend them.

Fetch was beyond my expectations! Every staff member, from the front desk personnel to nurses to the doctor, were all very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It was very evident that they all enjoyed their jobs and love the animals that come in there. The nurses and doctor that saw my little 2.2 pound, 11 year old Ruby were wonderful with her. My primary vet referred me to Fetch and I’m very thankful that she did.
