My baby kitten Freya and I had the most compassionate and expertise forward experience at Fetch. Freya was only 4 months old when she was diagnosed with an eye condition and Dr. Sparkles took wonderful care of her. The team started with the least invasive procedure but we realized a few months later that Freya will need a more invasive micro-surgery which was quickly scheduled. She is now healed and as spunky as ever. The entire time the team checked in with us frequently and were responsive to questions via email or phone call. I felt very comfortable knowing that Freya would be cared for. The facility is also very clean and welcoming. A lover of great food, I appreciate Moreno bakery next door - it was helpful to be able to grab breakfast and a cafe con leche while waiting for Freya.
Dr. Brittany Schlesener and her ophthalmologist team are seriously amazing!! I had to bring my dog in because he had a tumor behind his eye and not only did she diagnose him but she made my dog feel so comfortable while he was in the room. One of the techs even gave treats and ran with my dog through the hallway so he felt at ease. They truly care about your pets and not just paper pushers. My dog doesn't usually get along with veterinarians but he really really liked Dr. Schlesener and let her do what she needed to do. I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing her service. I promise you won't regret it. Thank you so much again!!
On the hardest day of my life, Dr. Thatcher was there to help ease my 15-year-old boy over to the other side. After a very long night I knew what I had to do and of course it was a Saturday and we are seeing right away and made the most painful decision of my life. But everybody that works there treated me with such compassion that it will never be forgotten
Fetch has been such an incredible experience so far! Dr.costa is amazing! She has worked so hard in her life to be able to help little fur babies like my papi and I’m so grateful for all her knowledge and expertise! The support staff at fetch was so kind and understanding. They treated my sweet boy papi like he was their own and made him feel so comfortable. If your fur baby is sick this is the best place you could bring them.
Fetch was amazing for our girl Sadie! They kept us updated the entire time and saved her life! After rescuing her at 8-weeks old she had Parvo, and we had to take immediate action to find a reliable vet! I’m so thankful for the team at Fetch!🩷Sadie is now 7 months old and doing AMAZING!
