They offer a wellness plan that saved me SO much money. Dr. Wong was the vet I saw, and the staff members who I had the pleasure of interacting with were Maria, Pam, Jahneese, and Alicia.
I cannot recommend them enough for their exceptional care and kindness. They recently treated my grandmother's beloved dog, we have returned for their checkup/update and their gentle, compassionate approach was truly heartwarming. I want to thank this office and its work team. Yesterday we had an emergency with our dog. We went to different doctors and none of them wanted to help us. When we called here, they asked us several questions and quickly told us to go. When we arrived, they had everyone there. team waiting for our Tobby. I want to thank you for the great help and support. I definitely recommend them and our other pets will be part of your family.
Only in the area for one week and our old boy got sick. I called on a Sunday morning and they got him in in an hour. Unfortunately, it wasn’t good news. They were so very compassionate as we made the tough decision to let him go. They offered a nice quiet room with doggie treats and a jar of Hershey Kisses with a note that said, “No dog should go to heaven without tasting chocolate”. Our old boy had two as his last treats and gobbled them up. Thank you to this wonderful team for helping us with a tough transition for our beloved pup.
took my dog to this vet for a routine check-up, but the experience was incredibly disappointing for the second time. The vet came in with an attitude that clearly showed he was in a rush, offering quick, generic answers to my concerns without any real care ( had to google his credentials because he defiantly did not give the impression of a professional). When I asked him to examine a scar on my dog, he didn’t bother, but still wrote in his notes as if he had suggested a treatment come to find out after calling and complaining, incredibly unethical and dishonest. Looking back, I should have never returned after the first time they disrespected me by failing to even inform me that my dog had feces on her side after a fecal test. To top it off, I overheard an employee saying, ‘Not my monkey, not my circus,’ My advice: steer clear of this place if you care about your pet.
