I’m not one to leave google reviews. However, after this weekend I feel like it’s time to do so. After staying up all night with my 11 month old puppy (Cooper) as he threw up over and over again I decided to give this location a call around the time they opened at 7:00am on Saturday. They were happy to squeeze us in for an appointment at 9:40am and took all of my concerns seriously. Dr. M and her team worked diligently to figure out what was going on with my little guy, and after a few different test they decided he would need surgery. I really appreciated the transparency with how much my vet bill would cost before they even suggested the necessary test they would have to do to figure out his situation. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to do extra test just for the extra money. Cooper spent all day at the Vet and was the last patient to leave after 7pm. They did an amazing job answering all questions my family and I had after his surgery and did not try and shove us out the door so that they could get home to their families and lives. They have been available for all questions and calls we’ve had while he has been recovering at home. I know this is long, but I just wanted to leave a review and let everyone who is on the fence about taking their dog here know my positive experience. Forever Vets may seem scary because it has multiple locations and to some people, that makes it seem like their pet will receive less quality care due to it giving a “franchise feeling” at first glance. The doctors, techs, and front desk associates here are all amazing and I will forever recommend this place. Give Forever Vets a chance and you will see why they are the best veterinary practice in North Florida.
They cater very well to my two dog’s personalities. You can tell they love and understand animals. For my shy and scared dog they know just what to do and they shower with love my other more outgoing dog, who is on a wellness plan which has been great for his dental cleanings. It’s been about 2 years since I started going here and overall me & my husband are very happy!
disappointed in this chain and their wellness plan, as well as communication surrounding it. i paid for the year up front so my dog could get a dental and when i reached out to verify when that plan was ending, i was told it would end 2/28 (in writing). i was surprised to receive a charge for $65 a few weeks after that for a “renewal” of the plan, when i had specifically checked to ensure the plan was ending before that. they would not refund the money, which doesn’t make sense to me. i haven’t been in since the plan ended or used any services or asked to renew. i should be able to trust what an employee explicitly tells me when i try to get information. we already have to pay a lot for anything done at the vet even while having that plan, so it’s unfortunate that we’ll have to go elsewhere
I’ve been bringing my dog Max to Forever Vets Murabella since he was a lil puppy. He’s been through a lot in his short 10 years but is thriving well with their great care. I’ve been very happy with both front and back office staff and would without a doubt recommend their services to any other dog or cat parent. Thank you for all you do!
Forever Vets Murabella takes excellent care of our rescue bernedoodle. The staff are so very kind and have supported us with routine care, an emergency visit, and his neuter. They always call to check up following any visit and shower him with affection every time! We are beyond pleased with our care and highly recommend them.
