First time here with my soon to be 13 yr old Beagle, Callie, and from the moment we walked in we felt so welcomed! Callie wasn’t feeling well and with being concerned for her it was so nice to feel like we had come to the right place. The staff had already obtained a copy of her medical records from her previous vet so were already viewing her health history. And a huge thank you to Dr Minder!!! Appreciate his kind and thoughtful approach with Callie and making her feel at ease as well as the way forward with her care. One day later and Callie is feeling much better!! The pic posted of her is right after leaving her appt and she was smiling a little already….provably happy to be leaving but she already was getting her bubbly self back. Gandy Animal Hospital is my go to now for everything. So convenient as well with their location and living on Westshore Blvd. I highly recommend them to any furry pet owner!
As always, I had such a Great experience at Gandy Animal Hospital. I've been bringing my cats here for years. Even though the current staff is not the same as years ago, the current ones are truly amazing. They are so caring and compassionate. Dr. Gary Minder is "the bomb." He and his assistant were so gentle and caring with my Nala. They saw how stressed she was and would not clip her claws because they didn't want to stress her out more. They were so gentle giving her the vaccines she needed and examining her. I admire the care and concern they gave to her. They sent me home with Gabapentin to give her before her next visit to help calm her. The front staff were awesome. You can tell they really care for the animals that are brought here. If you want your fur baby in good hands, then I totally recommend this animal hospital. I know veterinarian visits are not cheap, but if you love your pet, bring them here. You won't be disappointed. Thank You all at Gandy Animal Hospital for giving my baby such wonderful care.
We our new to Florida and we took our Golden Retriever to Gandy Animal Hospital for a couple of small issues and they have been Amazing!!! The staff were very welcoming and professional and put us at ease . We highly recommend them. And they don’t rip you off…
The doctor and vet tech at Gandy Animal Hospital were super understanding of my dog’s handling sensitivities and demonstrated knowledge and experience around my dog. They skillfully handled a blood draw, vaccinations, and nail trim for my squirming and angry little Gremlin. They are absolutely awesome!
Amazing care of my two pups. Doctor is very sweet, understanding and accommodating. He also explains every detail about the care procedure. Assistants were also really professional and took very good care of my babies.
