I just moved to the area & my dogs have been experiencing some allergies. I called when they opened and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and loving to both me and my pups. They took their time with the exam, answered all of my questions and I'm happy I found a vet in our new neighborhood
I love this place. As far as vet hospitals it's one of the best. Super clean, always smells great, the team is friendly and take their time. They always get me in for an appointment never have to wait. They offer alot of services and their prices are comparable if not better then other clinics in the area. I have never felt pressured by anyone and they always give me options. It's hard to find, not just a good vet but a good veterinary facility and team. Good Shepherd really has the complete package. Thank you for always taking such good care of my babies and being patient with me.
We are so grateful we found Good Shepherd Pet Hospital for our fur baby, Munson. They were able to get us in very quickly, reviewed his medical history, administered the vaccinations he needed and gave us great advice about health concerns that are different as we are new to the region. The Dr. got right on the floor with Munson to make him feel comfortable and they called the next day to check on him. I am super impressed with the care provided down to the welcome sign in the room and won't be going anywhere else!
Found a stray kitten in terrible condition in a parking lot and they did not hesitate to help us! These people are absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. The entire staff is so amazing.
LOVE THIS CLINIC! My regular vet couldn't get my kitty (who was peeing blood) in right away, and I saw a review for Good Shepherd on Trinity Chat. Not only did they get my Peanut in the same day, they made the entire situation as stress free as possible. From the ladies at the front to the technicians (Lara/Kate?) and Dr. I, I knew my baby was in great hands. We definitely have a new vet!
