I just moved to the area & my dogs have been experiencing some allergies. I called when they opened and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. The staff was extremely nice, friendly and loving to both me and my pups. They took their time with the exam, answered all of my questions and I'm happy I found a vet in our new neighborhood
Found a stray kitten in terrible condition in a parking lot and they did not hesitate to help us! These people are absolutely fantastic and I cannot thank them enough. The entire staff is so amazing.
Took my golden retriever in for a physical her shots and some concerns. They addressed my concerns and gave me some helpful info. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. They are so good with Brandy and I have another dog that I also take there and she loves it there. I think my tech was Laura and she was wonderful and very helpful. She gave Brandy her shots and then some. I highly recommend Good d Shepard. They are very thorough and caring. My Dr was also wonderful I am not sure of the spelling but it started with an I. Sounds like Abram.
After my dogs CCL tear, left my other vet because I feel like I looked up more options on her injury than they even knew about. I cried for days. The only option they gave me was surgery where I got quotes from $5000-$8000 with the 66% chance of his her other leg going bad and needing surgery. My (ex)sis in law recommended Dr. Deeb. I came to Good Shepherd and received THREE options for my girl. And they’re very reasonably priced. What an amazing staff!!! From the receptionist, the assistants, the techs and the doctors that I’ve seen there, you really feel taken care of. I can tell they actually care about getting your fur baby better. I would recommend Good Shepherd to anyone that’s looking for a vet and/or a second opinion. 5 stars!!
This vet office is so clean! I have allergies and I was so happy there wasn’t dog hair everywhere and it smelled good. This vet doesn’t shove vaccines down your throat the second you get seen like some other vets in the area do. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Overall great experience!
