Our precious cat of 16 years suddenly became very sick and we brought her to them to get answers even if they were going to be tough given her age. They let us know all of our options and unfortunately the outcome was one we hadn’t hoped for. The staff and vet were very wonderful and made a very hard process comforting for us and our beloved Porsche. They let us spend a lot of time with her leading up and allowed us to hold her and bring comfort to her and us during the process of saying goodbye and it really brought peace to our heart knowing we could be close to her until the end. Thank you to the staff for everything.

Dr Ruby is very knowledgeable and caring and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! My puppies get really anxious, but the nurses are so comforting and kind that they get calm and relax! Dr Ruby is the sweetest!

Excellent service and caring professionals. Did not try to push any additional service services that were unneeded and the price was reasonable. Both the vet tech, Sean and the veterinarian doctor were friendly and gentle with my animals. Highly recommend!

I was moving from Colorado to Florida and my cat cut her foot on glass the day before we were going to leave. I took her to ER but they told she should be seen again in a few days. I called ahead to schedule a visit so I could take her in as soon as I got to Green Cove Springs .The office called me the next day to get some details and gave me an appointment the day after I arrived- that’s customer service. She’s all better niw

We have used GCSV in the past but frequently Mya got her shots etc where we would board her. Even though it had been a bit since Mya had been, in the worst hour of a dog owner’s life, the entire staff here couldn’t have been more compassionate, caring, gentle and kind to us and Mya. My wife and I are extremely grateful
