Our precious cat of 16 years suddenly became very sick and we brought her to them to get answers even if they were going to be tough given her age. They let us know all of our options and unfortunately the outcome was one we hadn’t hoped for. The staff and vet were very wonderful and made a very hard process comforting for us and our beloved Porsche. They let us spend a lot of time with her leading up and allowed us to hold her and bring comfort to her and us during the process of saying goodbye and it really brought peace to our heart knowing we could be close to her until the end. Thank you to the staff for everything.
Little Bug Eyes is our Baby! We've never had this close of a connection with any other animals we've had. When we noticed her in pain, not eating or drinking and had a fever one day it shook us to the core to say the least. She's never been sick before. Only living in Green Cove Springs a year and a half we didn't know who to call. My wife contacted you and she was very happy that she was able to take Bugs right in. The services given were very complete and though. It turned out that our sweet baby had a bad infection that was serious and could have taken our loved one away from us way too soon. She quickly got the medical help she needed and was eating and drinking that night. By the next day we could tell her pain level had decreased and she was starting to act like our loving girl. Green Cove Springs Animal Hospital Takes care of my dog very well. I think they're affordable. I've used their serves for more than 2 years. Very kind staff anytime I've gone in.
BY FAR HANDS DOWN THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! The entire staff is kind, down to earth, patient, and show that they love what they do. We brought our kitten here to get a check up and schedule his neuter surgery. Not only were they welcoming and friendly, they were up front about prices and answered all of our questions. It’s rare to find places like this that have good integrity and aren’t rude or shady. Do your pets a favor and take them here.
We have been going to Green Cove Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Michael Ruby is so kind and gentle. He helped us through having to put our dog down a couple of years ago and now he’s helping us with our new puppy. He never rushes the exam and always answers all of our questions, I can’t say enough about him and the staff.
