Front office staff is always very friendly and helpful - even when my dog is barking like crazy or has thrown up on the floor. The techs and vets are also very friendly and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to answer any questions I have no matter how silly or ridiculous we feel asking them. I feel lik they generally remember my animal, which is nice so that I don't feel like a new patient every time we visit. We asked for some anxiety-reducing medicine when we evacuated for Milton, and they filled the prescriptions very quickly despite everyone else asking for the same thing at the same time.
Great staff from top to bottom. Very caring and they took the time to bond with our dogs and calm them down. It made the whole appointment a very pleasent experience. This was our first visit and certainly not our last! Prompt follow-up with test results. Clean and spacious facilities and well trained staff and doctors. I highly recommend Gregory Veterinary Clinic.
Dr Ryan and his staff are incredible. Dr Ryan was highly recommended and I can see why. He took his time to explain everything. I was not rushed. I drive over an hour to see him and it is well worth the trip. My little boy who is 16 years old, blind and deaf is in good hands. I feel so relieved now. My little boy may need surgery and I trust Dr Ryan fully. The staff is great. Friendly, professional and you can tell they love their job and your pet. What a relief.
