Ms Jen is so kind and loving towards my babies! They never shake or get upset when they see Ms Jen, sorry post man. Excellent service again! Thank you.
Dr.T Amazing my sick mini dachshund is alive and well today because of her! 100% recommend! Also Tayloy vet tech so knowledgeable and helpful. Took a lot of time making sure we understood everything and recommending best options will be bringing all my animals to this wonderful clinic/hospital.
Today was the 1st time I took my doggies to get groomed. Jenn did an amazing job and they look great! Definitely will be back with Bo and Bella! Thank you for getting me in promptly and being so kind.
Dr. Wishik and her team are amazing. She saw our pet rat and she was always able to make time for our pet rat with a chronic condition. She did an amazing job treating my asthmatic cat as well. She took the time to explain things to me, work with my budget and very compassionate. She has seen all my dogs as well and was very good with my big dogs. Overall great small business and they give you a very personal touch.
I brought my dog in two weeks ago for an ear infection. It cost me almost 400$ for them to examine him and put medicine in his ear. I was asked to bring him back in two weeks for a follow up. Brought him in and was charged an additional 76$. In my experience, a follow up is usually included if it is a quick recheck. I say in the room for almost an hour before the vet came in, quickly flipped his ear over and looked at it and recommended we come back in another two weeks for another check. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I am out almost 500$ over an ear infection. Addendum- you can try to cleverly word your reply, the fact is, you overcharge clients for minor illnesses. I was charged 6$ alone for you to throw a q-tip in the trash. It was put on today’s bill as biohazard waste. It was a q-tip. You should have been up front about follow-up costs and respectful of my time.
