Dr Kowalski is the best! He has taken such great care of Millie and her broken leg. All of the staff are super welcoming, the office is extremely clean and professional. I wouldn’t want my pets going anywhere else! They truly are amazing and treat you like family.
Dr Billy and the staff have taken amazing care of my puppy. We love them all! They explain everything thoroughly, are very compassionate, and treat Millie as if she was their pet! She has had several added needs and they are so quick to adapt and help! Truly couldn’t imagine a better vets office!
Excellent The staff is amazing. They take superior care of my Coco! We always feel welcome they are so friendly and are so helpful with anything you are concerned about. Coco is 6 months now and weighs 2 pounds she a very pampered lucky pup that we found Harbor Springs. I wouldn’t take Coco anywhere else when you’ve found the best it doesn’t get any better!!! We were referred to this vet by my friend Carrie, who takes her dog Lucky to Harbor Springs Vet. My dog Gia has been sick, not eating or dedicating for over a week and our vet wouldn't see her. Gia is 13 yrs young, but like any pet, they are your family no matter how young or old. This office is like none that I have been to. They are not only kind and caring but also knowledgeable and proficient in all they do. They are upfront with options for treatment and phone to see how our pet is doing. Although my dog is not out of the woods yet, she has improved and we are so thankful to have found them.
We have been brining our 3 dogs to Harbor Springs for the past two years and Dr Billy and staff have been nothing but amazing. They go above and beyond and you can tell every staff member there loves their job. I know the vet can be a really scary place for pets and their owners however they make you feel very welcomed the moment you walk in. I highly recommend this place to all pet owners.
