The facility was easy to find. The check in and check out processes were very efficient. However, I was most impressed with the friendly and caring staff.
So far I am very pleased with the service of Harmony Vet care ! Our youngest cat had a bad accident where his hip was put out of place. After lots of thought and consideration, we opted for an amputation procedure as that what’s we felt was best for our current situation. The doctors and vet techs at Harmony have been amazing in their communication and even though it was such a tough circumstance I never felt judged for the decision I made. They were also able to accommodate a last minute post surgery check in when I was worried about the bruising my baby had after surgery. They promptly got me in and had a doctor take a look, and gave us specific instructions on what to do at home. I also like the text service they offer as I was able to send a picture of my kitty’s incision and they were quickly able to look at it and recommend that I come in for a visit. Even though it’s only day 3 of recovery for my kitty I am very pleased with Harmony vet, and I look forward to continued business with them! Not to mention it is very affordable and I don’t feel like they price gouge or push upselling at all. Thank you guys for all that you do!
Dr. Coppola and her team are truly amazing people! They were compassionate, respectful and thorough! They worked us in this morning and gave my Lukey baby the best care ever! He had a pancreatitis flare-up and is already feeling better. I cannot thank Harmony vet care enough! P.S if anyone has the means to donate to their Simon Fund at checkout, please do! The Fund is used for pets in need! 🤗
They are amazing. They have helped us the past 5 months with my 16 year old dog Charlie Brown. Unfortunately we had to put him down but they were very caring, compassionate and helpful every time until the end. I will be forever grateful.
