Communication was great. Had a late morning death of our dog and kept us updated with everything. Lady was sweet and described everything about the ashes. Sean shout out to Sean 🦊 for being really good at communicating with me and keeping a calm nature in his voice tone. I’m keeping me posted when Andy was on his way to the facility even though it was 2 AM to 3 AM great facility clean and kind and when we came to pick up our pop, they were just really nice calm and natured and described everything that I was receiving back with the ashes.
Honor thy pet company was terrific when we needed a pet cremation. Absolutely a pleasure to work with them and so understanding and kind during this tough time. Would recommend to all my friends and family
Had my baby lucky taken care of by this place and the customer service was amazing everyone was so sweet and caring. And even tho we had a little hiccup with the pickup of her, they made sure to make it correct. Will always come here to have my babys taken care of. Thank you so much.🎀
