My little Yorkie Mimi is a big part of my life, as I'm sure your pet is. She goes to the office with me every day and is generally always by my side. I want her to have the healthiest and happiest life possible. She has brought a lot of joy to both me and a lot of other people in times of illness and need as a therapy pet, and I want her impact on society to last as long as possible. That's why I entrust the team at Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic to provide her healthcare. Dr. Eisen and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind, gentle, and compassionate towards both Mimi and myself. The atmosphere stands in contrast to our previous vet. Hyde Park Vet Clinic took fabulous care of our pups after consuming an unknown amount of chocolate covered coffee beans. The were able to get them in right away and called regularly with updates on how they were doing. Appreciate the vigilence and attention to detail for our fur family.
We were patients here for 9 years. My Henry had so many health problems, and every single concern was met with genuine compassion and understanding. We said goodbye to Henry yesterday and at the darkest and worst moment, I was showered with love and support. My Henry lived to be almost 13 years old, and those years were made better and brighter because everyone at Hyde Park cared. Thank you for being the sunshine and support that we needed in some of the hardest days I ever had.
I came here due to the great reviews I’ve seen of this place however, not after addressing the issue at one visit but two visits, my dogs issue has still not been taken care of, the previous visit being over $400, to get some flea medicine, a small bottle of shampoo, ear cleaning solution, and fish oil supplements which weren’t needed and another allergy medicine to give to my dog which wasn’t needed, where the vet just assumed that he’s licking his paws and in pain due to allergies without even giving a proper examination. And the first time I mentioned it at the appointment before this it was completely ignored. My dog likely has an infection in his paws and I refuse to waste any more money here, I’ll be taking him somewhere else from now on to be treated where they know what they’re doing. I completely understand how y’all may have tons of pets to see daily, however just like a hospital each patient needs a proper diagnosis and treatment not just be rushed through.
