The staff and the veterinarians at Longwood have been always super helpful and worked with me to get my pup in whenever she needed to be seen which unfortunately has been a lot. Dr. Hart is amazing as well as all of the other doctors there
The techs and doctors at Longwood Veterinary clinic are the best that I have ever met with. Every single person I have interacted with either over the phone or in person has been extremely kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about my situation. They are always really prompt at getting back to you with results or messages from the doctors. I just recently took my cat Crouton here for a surgery to remove a mass causing an obstruction on her intestines and throughout the whole process everyone was extremely kind and able to give me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. They took great care of her while she was staying there and updated me on how she was doing multiple times throughout the day. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone
I just started using the Longwood Veterinary Clinic service in October of 2024. I have to say my experience has been nothing but positive. Each staff person I encountered has been professional, courteous, and helpful. I've had bad experiences with previous veterinary services. and I have to say my interaction with staff has been sone of the best that I've had. I appreciate the time the staff takes to actually explain what the procedures are and what's going to happen and the recommendations have been spot on for treatment and services. I'm very pleased I found your service. All three fur kids can't say the same since they've been poked and prodded, but I can say that every experience has been a good experience so far.
They are always friendly and courteous. And if there's an emergency they try to get you in as soon as possible. With my other dog Roxie Dr. Connely took such good care of her to the the very end. And when it was time to put her to sleep they were so gentle. And she loved coming to Longwood Vets. My little girl Bailey who is a rescue is starting to get used to Longwood and she loves Dr. Franco.
My dog has never willingly walked into a veterinary practice. Today, she eagerly walked in and snooped around! I couldn't be happier after my first visit to LVC. Dr. Umbaugh and her technician were gentle and encouraging. They even let me love on my senior dog during her exam, vaccines and procedures. I left knowing I'll never take her to another vet.
