This guy didn't deserve to die. Misdiagnosis and unnecessary treatments x rays drugs. We took our cats for 20 years and gave these people 1000s of dollars . They bold faced lied to us , I called them on it and they couldn't face facts they let us down . We have GREAT NEW vet for remaining cats. All I asked was TRUTHFULNESS, but Dr Richard strung us along for more money needlessly . I just wish they'd have apoligized. These people REFUSE to admit they were wrong, and if you see, they try to blame the unsatisfied pet owners . I WAS IN OFFICE first visit, but CHOSE to leave because I can't stand LIARS I have BLOCKED THEM, and my wife is reporting to humane society . They are ARROGANT and greedy. I'm over it . And the word is out among all my animal owning friends so this sad scene is NEVER repeated

We are in a new area and I took my pup to the vet today after locating this vet online due to her licking at her paw after a minor cut or bite in the grass. The first thing I noticed was that the vet tech did not look at me in the eye, she kind of looked away while talking to me. For me, it felt odd. But then it became even odder when the Vet Doctor entered. He actually closed his eyes while looking at me. Also, after speaking with multiple other vets and breeders in the past, I inquired with him about breeding my airedale terrier just to gain some additional knowledge from another professional about it, doing my due diligence to educate myself. The professionals in the past that I inquired with appreciated my asking and told me both the positive and negative aspects of breeding your animal. Although I appreciated the information he shared, this gentlemen seemed very judgmental towards me and my desire to possibly breed my dog and spoke only of the negative aspects and claimed that it was "my choice" but he didn't seem to be meaning that.I explained that I am allergic to animal hair and that my dog is hypoallergenic and I feel hypoallergenic dogs are valuable for those of us that can't otherwise withstand dog/cat hair. Once again he came off as being very one sided where as other multiple professionals in the past never responded to me this way, acting as though I have not or would not research all aspects of breeding before I would do it. This was the whole reason I was inquiring to yet another vet, yet I did not feel seen and as though I was being looked down upon. Everything I asked about in the office was rebuked, questions about antibiotic ointment or socks to help animals heal, breeding, etc. all while no one looked at me in the eye. Also when I asked a question to the vet tech after the doctor left, he opened the door and answered saying he was "listening behind the door." This made me feel "watched." Just strange. I am a professional therapist and have a deep love and heart for animals, especially my animal but was made to feel as though I did not somehow. All I can say is that I felt very odd leaving there, I did not feel comfortable. I never write reviews unless I really feel that I should. I just feel to share that this Vet seems like a strange and expensive vet office. I will not return.

We brought our bunny Bella in for a second opinion. While there, the entire staff was very friendly, the place was EXTREMELY clean, and Dr. Dinon was kind, sensitive, and seemed very knowledgeable. Needless to say, they are now our go to vet, we highly recommend them!

Fargo loves his vet and the staff there too. They are so friendly and listen to your concerns. The vet is great, gives informative information and very nice. I trust them to take very good care of my boy! And when your dog likes them too.. you know you’ve got your forever vet care!
