The worst experience in this Wesley Chapel store. all because I was desperate and not waiting for my baby's stylist at the store in San Antonio. Max's San Antonio store is very professional and experienced people. Unfortunately they didn't have space this week and I wanted to spend Mother's Day with my trimmed baby and take a photo. With the surprise that they removed all my hair, leaving 4 peelings. A very bad cut, shorn. It was and has been the worst thing that has been done to my baby. Terrible, that Taylor girl looks and you can tell that she is an apprentice. She doesn't know how to do her job. The worst thing there is in Wesley Chapel for dog cuts. think carefully before taking your puppies to this place
Max’s is my go to for care, puppy shopping and treats for my Papillon, King Louis. Emily Rose is our groomer, funny, caring and very loving. Trust her with your babies! I do
After my pet came this salon went back home she was felt uncomfortable about the 👂.She scratching all the time. Before I dropped it,she totally fine. After that she felt super uncomfortable...I think her ears got infection. So sad about this thing happen to me.
I write this review with some hesitation because selfishly I don’t want it to get too busy and end up having a tough time getting an appointment. However, they deserve the 5 star review and all the accolades. I’ve taken my Gemma to several groomers and was never happy with the result. I’ve brought her to Max’s the last two times and couldn’t be happier. The employees are fantastic and my girl looks great. I hate the fact I don’t remember her name but the lady at the counter always takes time to talk to me about my girls diet. She’s so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll never take my Gemma-Girl anywhere else. Thank you Max’s!!!
