Never again! This place does not know how to treat customers. I brought my two dogs there last week for their full grooming, I asked the groomer to do their anal glands, two days later my one dog is bugging at his butt and expressed anal glands all over my kitchen floor! I just called now and they spoke to the groomer, and the groomer said that she did the anal glands and if I wanted them done again, I would have to pay! I will never take my dogs back here and after reading the reviews on here and how the owner answers Pet Owner questions it shows they don’t know how to satisfy a customer when they have paid for a service and it wasn’t even done. Nothing but pushbacks. The groomer lied about doing their anal glands because there was no way they got done after they expressed it on my kitchen floor three days later. She in fact, said they could have filled back up… Nope, sorry I work in this veterinary field and this is not true at all if you actually got all of the anal gland Liquid out, then they would definitely not have filled back up this quickly. My dogs anal glands filled back up between eight and 12 weeks not three days! Take your dogs elsewhere I will have to do my own dogs anal glands at home after paying over $220 for both dogs!

Hands down the best grooming experience I’ve had! Thank you Emily Rose for taking care of my pup Charlie. If I could give more stars I would! Not only a great grooming but she greeted my pup with so much love and made him feel so comfortable. We didn’t have such a good experience at our local PETCO! We will definitely be coming back!
