Murray is a deaf Australian Shepherd, and he loves going to Meadowrun veterinarian. He loves everyone there. Although Julie is his favorite 🥰🐾. As his pawrent, I love and appreciate the quality of care given. Murray says, "Thanks for the birthday wishes." He had an amazing day.
10/10 would recommend. The experience was very wonderful. All the women were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Their pet plans cover a lot and it’s not a bad price either. My cat and I are in great hands.
I have been taking my pet cockapoo for the last few months. The staff is great and the vet techs are well trained! My only concern is that the appointments wait times can be long. On my last visit they were at least 30 minutes behind. They do get busy, I know, but it is a challenge when you have to take time off from work to honor appointments.
I was worried about my fur baby I called they immediately got me in which I was beyond grateful for and the staff was very friendly and caring I will recommend this place and I would use their services again!♡ thank you!
Here's the update. The loss of four stars was for four reasons. First & most importantly, my cat could have been diagnosed with ONE chest xray! Pain' suffering and $1800 later, one chest xray showed the cancer, that even I could see. But let's get into the good. The Vet tech was amazing! She gave me her name, took great care & time with my Mother's cat. The Doctor was friendly enough. I don't know her name because she & no one else gave it to me. That should be a first from the staff. The place was clean , parking good, location fine. The loss of the two stars was because upon making the apt, check in & follow up "Sharon" was unprofessional & condensending. Asking a question she gets flustered & has a rude tone in her voice, ignores the question & repeats herself. She gave me an apt on the wrong day & I started rescheduling my clients before she called back. She told me they "have a lab there & it was $150 vs. them sending it out. If they sent it out it would be $500.00!" But the doctor told me opposite. She said $165 to send out & "much, much more to do them there" . So I really don't know why would be more to send out, but I believe the vet. Before hand, while I was waiting Sharon was rude to two people. One on the phone she was short with and got frustrated with & the otherbone in person because she again asked two questions at once. When I walked in I said hi how are you, she replied " I'm here & frowned, she then said well so are you so". Then today again rude. Remember the first person you interact with at any business sets the stage & tone. I myself will make up my mind when the diagnosis is made and a treatment plan has been discussed. The loss of the other two stars was discussed first. Just don't go there.
