Going to the vet is an anxiety filled experience for my dog Oakley. Dr Bendick always makes it a point to take time during each appointment to ensure that my dog feels comfortable and goes above and beyond to create as much of a relaxed environment as possible. She is caring, kind, and truly treats each of her patients like they’re her own. I greatly appreciate her educating me on the different options to provide the best care and treatment. Dr B is the best!! A big thank you as well to all of the Moultrie Animal clinic staff, who are a one of a kind team. P.S. Oakley says thank you vet tech Lauren who was incredible during his visit.
My experience was amazing. My dog Starlight has to have a surgery and the entire team was just so Caring. I know when I go there that my be pets are loved and given the best treatment. The Vet as well as the techs are just so involved and truly care.
We love Dr. Bendick and her entire staff! Everyone is very knowledgeable and compassionate — they truly care about your furry family members. We have been patients for 5+ years and recommend them to anyone in need of a positive veterinary experience. 10/10
See update below. Met with Dr Erin on Friday to discuss my 4 on the floor....transferring to her care. She was knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful support staff, clean facility and highly recommended by VOMC. So happy to have found her practice!! Update. After becoming an established client i still think the vet is great..however the receptionist is very difficult. Tried several times to make follow up appts for 2 of my pups but was told each time "no appts were available go to the ER". Dr Erin is great but her receptionist is unprofessional and less than accommodating for established pts in need of care. I don't recommend this practice as I originally posted. Great vet and support staff. Unprofessional receptionist.
Just made an apt. at another clinic because my kitty's eye looks infected. Not happy about this because I was at Moultrie a month ago and pointed out to the vet his nipple looked inflamed and she responded, "Well, maybe he licked/scratched it too hard." No test/bloodwork. I gave this clinic 2 stars because the vet tech(he)was awesome. Just read, "Response from owner" and feel I need to add to this post. I am not medically trained but inflamed nipples in male cats could be a sign of infection, skin disease, or mammary cancer, and should be examined by a vet. I did have him examined at Moultrie and received a flippant answer. I believe that the inflamed nipple indicated an infection that has now (possibly) appeared in this cat's eye. Will find out on Monday.
