We special order frozen food into this place all the time. We always run into issues with them either not ordering another order when told after picking up the food. This time they gave our dogs frozen meat Patties to a customer who ordered milk. I don’t know how you get frozen meat patties and milk confused. They had to track down the person with our food and tell them to bring it back. This took a couple of days and we were down to one more serving of food for our dogs. The person brought it back and I received a call 5 minutes before the store closed to come pick it up really? So I stressed over the phone that if the food was opened I do not want it. I arrived today to pick it up and it sure was opened. I told the person checking me out that I specifically said that if it was opened I did not want to purchase it. Why sell someone an open box of food from a previous customer? I did not get a sorry whatsoever just my total for the food. No sincere help of any sorts just a “you should be good” from the lady up front. I am very annoyed because this is the only place close to me that I can order this special food from and we always run into an issue.
They have great natural pet products. I buy my dog raw meat, treats and flea products. The staff are all very helpful. Highly recommend.
I bought a piece chew toy made of wood. Was explained the wood was very hard . My 8 month old golden doodle has chunks of wood in his mouth and all over the couch. Called to speak about the problem was explained to me it would come apart . And they were willing to give me 50% credit. I wasn’t really so concerned with refund than this is a dangerous chews for our babies. I will never set foot in this store again. This is overwhelming to think they don’t care … Was going to purchase open farms dog food from this location. That is 80.00 monthy for the store . Over a 12.99 piece of wood . Really need to explain to customers this chew will chunk off and your dog is consuming this wood. That was the lack of communication. I could make the choice to purchase or not.

This store is great! The staff is super helpful, they have the healthier options for dogs, and they were able to answer my questions. They have a great loyalty program as well. I highly recommend! As a bonus, it's always nice when you can joke around with people and they don't get offended - that is the staff here. I will for sure be back and this will become a regular store for me.
